Finally, someone else that understands accounts.
The last RNS was merely a more detailed explanation from the initial informal end of year results statement. It provided clarity that the company would probably avoid a raise as expected cashflow along with cash in reserves would see it through a period of further growth. Why there has been so much negative speculation here is beyond me.
The recent nonsense confusing the company's sponsorship and that of real World sponsors expecting exclusivity on in-game advertising without a contract to seal such exclusivity have also been speculative, damaging and ridiculous.
If you don't understand how companies and their finances work, you should probably be putting your money in a piggy bank.

@MarketNeo My point is that, if you can currently fulfil all orders but have limited capacity to grow, then PR becomes redundant. It's costly and I'd rather they invested in increasing production (and/or getting some licensing deals) first. Whilst they have cash in the bank, no point burning it to create additional demand that they cannot fulfil. I think the efforts of a number of kind people here have given it more than enough free PR to date. They need to use all their marketing prowess in order to manage growth sustainably. Bear in mind as well that the masks are just one part of a multi-faceted business. No one here has ever mentioned any of their other products.

Unfortunately, many here do not appear to have done any research into the company, having invested blind - oh a cheap share, it can only go up and will go up now; oh it hasn't, must be something wrong with the company - couldn't be me!

@Marketneo PR is only going to be useful if you are able to supply the additional demand you create. I suspect that, at present, demand can be fulfilled. There's no need to waste money on PR or any form of advertising if all that is going to do is to create a situation where they are overtrading. Once production capacity increases and/or a licensing deal is finalised, then is the time for PR etc.

Actually @Peterpaz, Amazon is a great platform to sell on, especially for a new product. It’s the perfect place to gain wide exposure and to test which markets are buying. A client of mine used it to determine which markets to find distributors and it was up, up, up from there. DYOR

Unfortunately, some people here seem intent on talking this down. There’s a long way to go. As I’ve said before RMS is not just about masks. Sell out now and forever regret.

Just to add to that. A few months ago, the company I work for with at least 350 employees, sent every member of staff 250 face masks, regardless of the fact the office is closed. When we go back to the office, they will be a requirement for the foreseeable future, in the meantime, they are for personal use.
I am sure that many companies will be the same. Not to mention, visiting shops etc.

Exactly why a fundraiser is unnecessary!

Is it just me or are people unable to understand the RNS. The only difference between what we knew and what we didn’t know is that another fund raise is now unlikely. They are clearly making progress. Any shortfalls in cash flow are covered by the reserves. Gaming is on the up and advertisers are now seeing gaming as a route to a particular audience, one that doesn’t watch TV or read newspapers. I would stick my neck out that the next TU for the first half of 2021 will be significantly higher in terms of revenues. Good luck all who’ve bailed out and created a massive buying opportunity for those of us who understand the business and how businesses work.

What's dodgy here is the way the price is being manipulated. The purchase I made earlier (above the asking price) showed up late:

It's also showing as Unknown when it was clearly a buy.

Whatever the price, they've obviously been selling. Many here have bought them. They are, in effect a premium product. Who cares what they sell them for, the higher the better to get the best margins. Finally, like any new product, early sales tend to be at the highest possible price in order to recoup the R&D and set up costs as soon as possible.

Well said @Sm66. I'm not sure why people are expecting an RNS every five minutes. It just demonstrates the lack of sophistication here. You do your research and invest in businesses that are likely to provide a return in either capital gains and/or dividends depending on your needs. To invest purely speculatively on the basis of one small part of a company means you wait, patiently, in the hope that something good will come out of it. Companies do not have to announce every deal or sale and anyone expecting RMS to do otherwise is deluded. Just wait and see like the rest of us.
There's been a plethora of very childish and at times abusive posts on this board. To no end. If you're frustrated, don't take it out here.

Something odd is going on here. Positive RNS and obvious traction in terms of the masks. Buys far outweighing sells. Share price down on yesterday. This really does not make sense unless someone somewhere, somehow is deliberately manipulating the price. Shares should not behave this way. All we can do is hold and hope.

Excellent idea. There's no harm at all in shareholders shouting the praise of products we're invested in.
Brilliant RNS and I'm surprised the price hasn't moved further north yet. It went further on notice of delivery of the machine.

I'm no sure why there should be an expectation of an RNS on this. It's not something they need to declare for regulatory purposes. This is just another deal which, obviously with the agreement of both parties is being PR'd.
What it does say is that progress on the sales front is being made and that all avenues are being explored. VR is still in its infancy in terms of usage but will explode in the near future. Good that they are in now rather than later.
