@Sloane1983 I'm not sure you're assumptions are correct. A PG would not be requested of the CEO or any director for a listed company. A convertible loan is one option but there are now many other very creative ones, including against future R&D tax credit claims, against revenues etc. DYOR

Well said shakydog. Whether or not they are neighbours at Plexal is immaterial. The renewal is for business reasons and nothing more. Repeat business costs nothing against new business acquisition and validates all that is good about a business. This is also the second renewal of the contract which makes it even more brilliant. Fantastic case study here surely.

Excellent news I’d say. There’s nothing better than a repeat customer for validation and recommendation. No cost of acquisition either. Onwards and upwards.

Not necessarily. Revenues are always second half heavy. We’re over a month into the second half. If the same historic weightings are applied, they’ll not need a raise. Plus the Azerian deal has now kicked in and should accelerate revenues moving forward. If necessary, they could also look at debt finance.

It’s not normal to provide a white label tech platform for free. Whatever amount is involved is likely to be commercially sensitive. Why do people make comments when they obviously no nothing about the sector in which they’re invested?
