If you look at the prospectus my inference is that there will be a lot of focus on short-term lending, under 12 and 24 months. That enables them to churn the funds and potentially return far more than 11.5% over the three year term. I know of two brokers that have been doing massive amounts of bridging loans in the past year or so. That’s the way to get a brilliant return.

That's a historic yield. The dividend cut now puts it nearer 12%.

In my opinion, the only thing holding this back is uncertainty over interest rates and the consequent stalling of the property market. Once it's apparent that interest rates have plateaued this will fly. The imminent dividend on its own represents a great short-term return. There was also a great write up about Lendinvest in last month's Angel News. That will surely bring more investors into the property investment portfolio.

Agreed. Based on last accounts this is undervalued and it could well be a small strategic investment for any number of big players. Watch this space.

Of course people are selling. How else would anyone be able to buy? My buy yesterday was recorded as a sell. The problem is that volumes are still too low to drive up the price. It’ll take daily transactions of at least 10x this level to bring the price up. It’s easy pickings for anyone looking to buy in.

I can't believe the negativity here. These buys were more than likely as a consequence of an employee share option scheme. Either way, there's absolutely nothing to be negative about, although obviously no one is going to jump for joy. If people here were more positive in general, maybe things might start moving in the right direction. There's been piles of pathetic twaddle written here over the past few days. Some people here need to get a life.

Indeed, I think the message from this is that they have recovered extremely well from the loss of the 'guaranteed' income from the Azerion deal. There'll be some form of compensatory payment from that. At the same time, advertising revenues per se have been lower over the past six to twelve months so managing to meet expectations is only a positive thing. The quality of games publishers and of advertisers using Bids is also testament to market support. At the end of the day, that says far more than revenues considering the current economy. The CLN is a red herring as far as I'm concerned. It's a cheaper way to fund the business and all going well, will not result in any substantial dilution if things don't go well. Onwards and upwards and a little bit of patience instead of the detracting nonsense that certain people here insist for reasons of their own to spout.

Most companies file end of year accounts last minute. Especially for listed companies, the time and effort of producing the annual report on top of regular day to day accounting is very time consuming. We know the results anyway, give or take so the content is largely immaterial now. It’s the H1 trading update that will be more interesting. That will no doubt be well up on last year but by how much is anyone’s guess.
