Why isn’t market awake to this, get that drill turning at T20 and strike copper Sprott have just bagged themselves a pretty heavy discount IMO, drill will hopefully be turning this month or early next, we should if all goes well have results by Christmas, yet we have sellers happy to feed this at sub placing price.

I’ve honestly not seen an exploration company such as MTR/MOD with an underwritten value in T3 trading at such crazy levels, I realised there’s others like BMN that some will mention, but even that pales into insignificance when we take the amount of acerage we have over two JV’s and that NPF contact zone.

Much as I would love market to be awake I can see Sprott taking this for sub £150m, which is a bargain when you consider they’ve picked up most of that at 3p and below.

Thing is people mention Sprott wanted buy into MOD, maybe but then doesn’t MTR as an investment vehicle work much better for them, even moreso with our new JV. Let’s hope it’s in teens when that offer comes in, if it isn’t it’s only market we have to blame for a cheap exit.

What I’d like to know what are those conditions of finance, clearly significant if they are now seeking partners or sale. Looks to me that the conditional finance offer is out the window. Lack of clarity, again.

Toughest couple months the high street has ever known, October isn’t looking like an improvement with stores offering huge discounts just before winter starts, hardly encouraging. Brexit being blamed but I doubt that.

Real trade on high street starts after bonfire night, November 5th for those who don’t know, if I was a supplier to these and recently been stung by likes of House of Frazer and credit worries with other major high street names I’d place these on a cash on delivery basis. If there’s big high street sales come early November the situation isn’t improving and there will be desperate times ahead for all retailers.

Large holders out for a reason, don’t bet the kitchen sink in this one IMO, retail is in a dire state, get out into your local town or city and visually see how many folks are holding a shopping bag or three. Not many I can assure you, I’d also guess hardly any here actually venture to a high street either.

That NPF contact zone is huge, with those lines they are perhaps looking to see if part of this zone is commercial that will be easily accessible from domes, however if the CU content is significant enough and they can create a plan to extract it in a cost efficient way we could see the whole contact zone becoming another resource in addition to domes.

I realise not many are getting this, the story is compelling with maybe parts of NPF being a big plus, however it does look so far that the whole NPF contact will be commercial and a dead cert if copper rises above $3.50 imo. Worth taking a read of the total CU content on MOd’s RNS release, it’s quite wide at 1%.

As for holding back for MOD listing, I’d thought that previously and do so to an extent today. However having seen today’s RNS that was published by MOD, the slowly approach that seems to have made a few PI’s bored and moving on is rather clever stuff. If you take a look at that NPF contact zone they are testing at this dome they are firming up that contact zone and first seeing if it’s commericla before then applying same drilling over all remaining domes, it’s actually a game-changer here in terms of total resource.

I suspect they have good indication that A9 (think that was the one they drilled but we haven’t heard since) contains significant copper but held off hitting the heart of it as they want to make sure they are not waiting investors dosh drilling as far down as they are. If one takes a look at the more detailed RNS from MOD it certainly looks very promising the NPF contact is going to be commercial.

In the meantime MOD are aware of bored PI’s frustration so are ploughing ahead as fast as is possible with drilling T20, that’s this month whilst they have done significant drilling at A4 that will reap massive rewards early next year with increased throughput to what 30k tonnes of copper pa, possible more. Get the NPF firmed up we could have an indicative resource under A4 at same time that will give us an indication of what could be contained throughout the what 80-120km square area. I’m assuming here of course on the NPF resource but surely they will do so if it’s significant enough.

This is turning into something very significant, bigger then many anticipated IMO, I expect this winter to be a true game changer for all. Hope that makes sense as I’m not proof reading on this phone lol.

Wonder if we’re inline for a holdings RNS, be nice to know who’s loading up is such big style. Wonder if news will follow completion of accumulation, we are well overdue some assays by my estimations, not that I’m that concerned when they arrive, things might be slower than expected but the prize is getting bigger and bigger the longer this goes on, IMO.

That said it won’t help stop footfall on the high street, that is their window to attract said customers to buy, if nobody is passing by then they will continue to see sales fall. What they need do is transition the business from a traditional retailer to an e commerce business that they are doing. With that comes further complications as it’s generlaly more expensive to administer with smaller margins.

If successful they could grow similar to BooHoo, although I do realise that is cheap tat also (BooHoo) that still amazes me with sales each time I read performance.

As I said one to watch, hope it turns around for all invested, tiny market cap from highs.

Whilst I’m sure you won’t care or pretend it doesn’t concern you, falling margins are not because they have a corner shop open selling cheap shoes, it’s because they have to compete with external forces, China being one of the biggest threats to our traditional retail trade.

So yes it’s political and yes China matter to all retailers, both online and physical high street.

Problem is nobody wants to catch a bus, most people want to pop into town by driving their own car, most can’t afford a new electric car or something that will avoid congestion charges, so they will be forced to either pay or more likely many will simply shop online to save money.

The high street needs a makeover to ensure tradition retail survives, that includes external completion such as China who have an unfair advantage subsidised by us tax payers.

Not invested, watching though, like other retailers on this casino.

I am aware of who owns those internet companies, thing is UK retailers are head to head with Chinese imports, those Chinese imports get subsidised postage that’s almost free, subsidised by uk tax payers and hardly any pay import duties or VAT. That’s what the high street is up against.

Forgot to add, many don’t like Trump via brainwashed media, but he’s bang on the money, China is bleeding the world dry of cash and business, I’m all for helping but there’s far too many of them Chinese folks to help, besides charity stats at home and I’m not one for helping a nation buy up the Crown Jewels around the globe out of some sort of warped sense of helping the needy.

If May had any nout about her she’d start helping small business here, just look at Ebay it’s a Chinese global sales platform that is putting small uk businesses out of business, fast. All funded by those small businesses that pay tax here in England.

Otherwise the high street is dead, few will pull through and those that make it will do so on massively reduced profits. High street needs a makeover, that includes local government helping pull people back into town centres that are seeing footfall reduce almost daily. Higher parking charges and in many larger towns we are seeing parking availablity reduced as land is turned from parking to flats or the like.

Many city centres are considering a congestion type charge that will further rapidly increase the demise of a previously known high street, London business model will not work in working class twins and cities.

Further with the UK subsidising postage for Chinese sellers to export to our customers without many paying VAT either really doesn’t help, not that it will stop politicians who have zero business acumen or any idea how real business works other then facilitating deals for their mates.

MTR is part of two JV’s currently managed by those holding the remaining shareholding of said. Currently that stands at around 30% for MOD and to be 50% of KML if we decide to increase our holding.

It’s a vast area of known copper resource, thus far we have one project that’s worth c$400 million plus, a new discovery at A4 and potential A1 with further drilling planned next month on new domes within the MOd license area.

Could go on but i doubt it will encourage you to invest, that’s your decision. What I do find surprising is you are totally satisfied with your CERP investment, although annoyed with LLL who has plagued your board for years, yet it does not own any oil, mystery to me you understand one but clueless on another.
