RE: MOD share price, cont'd28 Nov 2018 22:57
Problem also is that domes already drilled have not lived up to expectation, I suspect market will want more then one drill success on a new target to get a sustained rise, specially here after the capital raise that occurred last time.
Further the T3 sale hasn't installed short term confidence, we have sold that for effectively 6% of MOD, exclude those warrants as they are only valid upon certain conditions and we are limited to 12.5% of MOD after event anyhow.
Assuming MOD is sold for a billion that's $60 million for T3, sure we have investment as well but there's no guarantee even after exercising warrants that our share will remain around 6%, unlikely at todays MOD share price hence MTR purchase on market recently.
Good long term hold, but I fear Sprott will take this out well before theres any serious investor gains, 6p is a far cry from todays price and Sprott appear to have geared themselves up fro a sneaky takeover when you take account of their new holding and available warrants.
One on the watch list for me, but there's nothing exciting about happen IMO, they valued T3 at what, then use that figure to value any future exploration success over market cap.
Sorry for anyone who's in negative, hopefully come Q1 next year that will negated, it will take something special to get above previous placing price IMO.
Good luck and always remember to learn from these experiences, all is not lost as there's strong news flow early next year all being well.
