My average is 8p old money which is £1.60 following consolidation. I remember as a new investor in 2020 I was chased off this LSE board for trying to ask for help understanding this investment. I do remember Bamps and PG were polite and answered questions. They have always given people the benefit of the doubt despite that trust being tested plenty.

I was not perturbed by the rude majority and watched and waited. Finally I invested fully at the final dilution and my maximum profit stands at 188%. So glad I was not diluted repeatedly since 2020. But then I am an investor not a fan boy.

SD and team have been excellent and I added another £7k following the Hav DFS.

Looking at the presentation slide deck. All point to 2027 for first production with no specific quarter defined. Is that correct?

Getting a bit confused by PP0 -PP1 -PP2. Then it says year one which seems to indicate actual production. Is that 18 months to a year to get final planning and then year one production begins at some point in 2027?

Timelines are really important in my thesis, not because I want to sell but if I know what to expect then I can be lot more relaxed about things

So my simple thesis is that if Greatland double gold production PA (Telfer 260k + Hav 260K = 520K) at current gold price levels I do another 100% in two to four years. Obvious sensitivities would be based on gold price upside or softening. Either way the money held from 18 months ago, invested here last Friday, and this AM feels safe. A breakeven scenario would require gold price halving which is highly unlikely imo. But then I would just wait for it to rise again which it surely would. The risk reward here is compelling.

Intangibles currently: The presentation points to a planned double of ounces from Hav in future phase. Telfer mine life extension. Although I am very confident about both of these I only ever count what is planned and actioned. Future phases have to be evaluated when they actually come long. Only possible downside is plant breakdown which could effect production but as we know we have two lines so should be no worries and I expect management to keep things running smoothly.

Don't forget we get Telfer announcement in spring 2026. Hoping for more great news then.

Interested to hear other simple thesis based on the current phases.

Quite possible good hits $3,500 or $3,600 before bouncing back up to $5,000 region. So buy at the right price or just plain hold imo.

I am buying more at £2.90 or there abouts. On the other hand have lots of these so will just hold them. Buying over £3 seems a bit foolish whilst gold, bitcoin and S & P in flux. Things need to settle a tad. It’s probably just a crazy earning season thing and will be sorted by December.

Like most here. Having bought these cheap I don’t feel I need to chase it so no stress.

£20 per share lol. That’s twice what Newcrest achieved most recently and Northern Star for that matter. £10 yes. £15 is a stretch but possible. Between £10 and £15 more likely.

Anyway, why not keep hold of some and take the dividends? A nice type of PM exposure combined with some physical. Not often you get a passive income from these stocks

Not advice but I would say if you sell have something to do with the money. Have a plan. Maybe buy back if you think it will dip. Pay down debt or whatever but don’t buy stocks based on impulse.

I have taken £40k profit as we are upgrading to a new build. That way I don’t need a mortgage and the dirty bankers don’t get their hands on my hard fought Greatland profit. I have 25% of my portfolio for precious metals/gold which is basically occupied by GGP. I have no worries holding that no matter what as I think E1 is right. £6 to £10 is inbound for us but cannot be guaranteed. Do think this is highly likely mind.

Gold price moving so smoothly I think I should be able to time my boiled eggs for breakfast in the morning!

Don’t be surprised if gold gets volatile as the retail crowd all over it now and MM will want a slice. Generally upwards trend beyond today’s levels imo. Could easily do $4.5k. Holding tight!

Markers setting the price to draw interest by algorithms imo

Her performance seemed a little nervous at first which I think is a good thing. Showed that she is being careful, thoughtful, and appreciates the importance of what is being done. Not just a dispassionate blurb. Shows that she is genuine and I liked that. Clearly a personable person. A CV and captions on linked in and websites can make people sound a bit plastic imo.

The last time SCLP issued positive data they raised the same day. My view is a raise is a real risk of dilution especially for those buying today. On the other hand they may announce a deal or cornerstone investor in coming days. But best not to worry about missing out imo. As Yoda would say, much remains unclear... Personally I will remain on the side lines and wait for which ever type of funding happens. That way it will have excellent data and funding and the risk of serious dilution is mitigated.

The last data release immediately followed by a raise (within 12 hours) was a punch in the gut and stunted the share price growth long term. Lesson learned... Now I know that I cant put my money here unless I make myself available to sell within hours of the RNS for fear of heavy dilution. In other words Scancell have made this a traders stock.

But what could they do differently? Raise before releasing data for one. This would give the stock the best chance of showing its true potential. Just think how many people would pile in having done a raise and releasing those ultra impressive clinical findings with no fear of a further raise.

Alternatively they could delineate a pathway much as Greatland Gold have done in September last year. Communicate to the market clear intentions of where this is headed and execute. This would involve getting proper investors on board such as Soffinova maybe big pharma. Probably by raising a shed load of cash. The discounted price would allow everyone and anyone that discounted entry whilst it is clear the true value is at least double if not triple the raise price. Only a fool would pass such a buying opportunity. Nobody would be foolish enough to sell and would only do so if they had to.

Grabbing money within hours of publishing data is a bad sign and does not seem to fit with the potential here. Lets wait and see.
