I do not see a place for retail investors in this one. Markets are terrible and the company is just another one under massive pressure to remain. Maybe if AIM becomes attractive again. If II return this could turn positive quickly. Right now do not see it

We have 36 subjects in cohort 1 (ipinivo) 19 of these patients have had 3 doses or more and the dosing is at week 0, 3, 6, 9, and 12. Then it is every 12 weeks in line with checkpoints.

When are the scans? Presumably after the initial dosing phase? So some point after week 12... This tells us that some of the remaining 17 (36 - 19 = 17) patients are between weeks 0 and 9 of dosing does it not. Hopefully none below week 6 but who knows? We have plenty of time until the end of Q4 but we do need 27 patients to meet 70% plus. But there are as many questions as answers. Who for example, of the 19 dosed up to dose 3 or more are going to be part of the 70% plus? We cannot know. What is the stage and tumor burden? How many tumors?

You know what this is. A big rabbit hole. I am going to sit back and wait for Lindy to tell me everything is ok. And if the process takes more time then so be it. I don't think it is possible to second guess. What we do know is that we are likley to hit 70% plus with SCIB1 imo. Hopefully for the subject in combo with Keytruda too. And iSCIB1+

Put it this way. If iSCIB1+ is just 70% then it beats SCIB1 no matter what it achieves due to HLA. Not sure how manufacturing would work but I guess epitopes and AvidiMab could not just be added to SCIB1 like salt and pepper. I guess they have so many batches of both and will decide which to go with and ramp up production for the trial? The IND would also have a bearing on this presumably.

Ignore my last they are both iSCIB ...

I got the impression that the antibody of interest was for multi tumors. So that would only be SC2811?

Re:SCIB2. It seems to be getting lumped together with iSCIB1+. Clearly they are not one and the same... Unless SCIB2 already has Avidimab? So in effect it is 2nd generation from the off.

It didn't help that Lindy called SCIB2 iSCIB1+ by mistake. That is fair enough as she was racing through a lot of updates about assets. However the homepage on the websites does list iSCIB1+ and SCIB2 on the same orange tab which when clicked links through to antibodies when viewed from a PC/laptop. I am not jumping down this particular rabbit hole when common sense says they are linked in some way that is not obvious to us yet. So maybe AvidiMab is it?

Yes Mia and we should expect a milestone at each stage of the clinical study so phase 1, 2, 3, ect. The lion share coming towards the end.

Two things though and please try and remember don't read too much into my wording.

Registration trial may not be required if regulators decide SCIB meets an unmet need but Scancell are preparing for a trial. My understanding is that they expect to go to trial

Also the Pharma was so excited about evaluating the anti body that they were prepared to pay for it. My impression is that there is something in this deal but don't know what it might look like. We find out in Jan 25 I guess

Totally here what you are saying. Money required to avoid another big sales miss. This is a smart agreement as it probably won't cost Angle a great deal and it may get a good panel for use which will help Angle in the long term. I think that AN will be able to baffle the battered LTH a little more with positive possibilities but just needs big cash now. Have to say water pistol being used to stop a bush fire comes to mind.

Slightly irrational post from you! Whilst we do not/cannot know how SCIB1 will perform with the new epitopes and AvidiMab in combination with double checkpoints, we should remember its lineage. Remember it only needs 70% plus to overshadow its illustrious sibling SCIB1 (due to HLA types). Lindy said that iSCIB1+ is 95% SCIB1 with different epitopes at last years AGM. A bit of a layman’s description to illustrate a point but we have to remember it has already been assessed by the MHRA to go to trial. All be it a formality?

IF i+ does make the grade (70% plus) then it is important to understand what this actually means…This will not only be Scancell’s first cancer vaccine to look extremely promising but the entire planets.

We cannot expect little old AIM (or any other market) to recognise what this really means. So don’t expect fair treatment in terms of share price. It will not a fair reflection of true value. So we have to establish a realistic valuation for ourselves based on known fact imo.
