That sucks, Malbright. Just FYI: MMs can see stop losses if you set one, so they know that if they drop the share price they can scoop up your shares.

On the positive side, a placing to raise funds for the Poland plant is a possibility, so you might want to hold fire on buying the shares back. Or, news in the meantime could give the sp a lift back into the 30, so... who knows?

Yes, I remember being baffled after the previous fund raise last year that the share price would drop below it, and stay below it, for as long as it did.

It feels the same this time. Frustrating, confusing, but the business is in safe hands, and the roadmap is clear to see. All I need to do is be patient and wait for the RNS that will elevate the share price to multiples of 1.45p.

Director buys like this seem to signal either (a) very big long-term gains to be made from these prices, or (b) very quick short-term profit to be made from a takeover at a higher price than today's share price.

No, availability of funding isn't an issue, just whether it will be done at a discount, and whether it is better to buy shares now or to wait :)

Has there been any mention of how the Polish plant will be funded? I couldn't find anything in the powerpoint presentation or the RNS. It mentions that costs are low, but not who will bear them.

The plant is fantastic news, and I want to top up, but I don't want to buy now on a spike if there is going to be a discounted fundraise to pay for it.

MMs short of stock at these prices. I could only buy £4k worth.

Just a thought, it's unlikely, but does anyone think deals have been delayed slightly to allow the fundraise to go ahead at a lower placing? And now the placing is complete, the deals can flow?

I don't have the Primary Bid App, so I waited for the share price to retrace to the placing level, which it finally did today. I topped twice, at 1.55 and 1.51.

I am now holding a ton of shares for the long-term, and I am very confident in EQT's prospects.

Just topped up at 46.9p, well below the advertised spread. MMs have a lot of shares, I guess.

I bought in today. The directors purchases are highly encouraging for future share price growth.

The pattern and amount of Tobin's purchases do suggest that he has been "raiding the kids' piggy banks" with every bit of spare cash he can get his hands on!
