RE: 20p24 Aug 2021 05:10
Over the past 12 months, even 6 months, MKA has spent a lot of time under 24p. The board did really well imo to raise funds at that level, I was expecting it to be much lower.
AIM stocks tend to drift when there is a lack of news. Maybe it's because AIM attracts more of the short-term gambler-type mentality? PI exuberance and big RNSs send the share price upwards, but the rest of the time is patience while the share price drifts.
Without any news, and barring any PI exuberance, the share price will continue to drift towards 24p, where there will be strong support, but it could drift lower, and has been lower recently. I would say there is a lot of PI exuberance already in MKA, so we can't expect the herd to arrive yet, without news.
I haven't topped up yet as I feel this could continue to drift lower for the time being. I have a decent (for me) amount of money in MKA already, and still in profit, so I need to temper my greed with a balanced portfolio, but the closer it gets to 24p the itchier my trigger finger will get.
