Thanks it is becoming clearer. A UK entitled TILS shareholder should divide their entitlement by 2 to see how many ADS (American Depository Shares) they will receive when ACMSY (US Ticker?) lists on NASDAQ. One ADS equals two shares in Accustem.
My hunch is Accustem will be sold before NASDAQ listing and Crest accounts will be credited with cash.

All news regarding Accustem will be published on its newish UK website?

I will just edit the previous, I think Barclays will sell my NASDAQ shares and credit my UK ISA account. I have not heard anything from Barclays since TILS advised they were only going to list on the NASDAQ.

Thanks Bluebelly. Currently 0.4275 cents? So UK entitled ex TILS shareholders await either their accounts being credited with a dummy Crest credit of ACCU shares, or notification from their Broker that they hold a Crest credit on behalf of their client. I already know that Barclays will sell my shares as soon as they list on NASDAQ and my ISA account will be credited with the proceeds of sale.

Just changing the thread header, because Accustem is what we are discussing. So first question, is Accustem (ACCU) definitely trading on the OTC (over the counter) market on the NASDAQ? If so what are the shares currently trading at, and is there much volume?

tuscon. RNS today is very good news. An extra 645 bopd. We do not know the exact split between the %s of oil sold on the domestic market and that sold for export. It could be 70/30 or 65/35 export/domestic (good question for Clive) I suspect KKs estimate of $45 pb for export is about right, and $12.4 pb for domestic. So the split could be 451 bpd export and 194 bpd for domestic. Today`s RNS refers to three days production, lets see what happens in three months. It looks as if horizontal production wells are the way to go.

KK, Check out Jupiter Energy website, delisted from AIM but just about going on the ASX. Kazakh operations only, same as CASP. I think JPR oil around 38 degree and selling on the domestic market for $25 pb. Casper selling for $12.4 pb both sell to oil traders at the well head. I suspect CASP shallow MJF oil is around 20 degree API. The deeps are around 40 degree API?

uncertain, The corner was turned I think when the CE (drilling barge) was hired and the 3AB licence subcontracted. The Well 154 news continues this progress. We have been here before with the deeps, but if the horizontal well keeps producing lets have a few more!

MJF shallows contain heavy oil, and does not command a premium price. The producers need lots of maintenance and shut downs as production numbers tail off. So it will be interesting if Well 157 bucks the trend and can consistently produce at over 500 bpd over a longer period. CASP say they want to drill more horizontals now. Question for an oily, could the existing wells be sidetracked and turned into horizontal producing wells?

Nope. It a shallow well drilled horizontally. But still a good result though. If a deep does flow its party time!

Nothing from Barclays so far.

Mark, In the (good?) old days of privatisations the "Stags" would simply sell on the opening bell or first few minutes of trading and usually make a good profit. I suspect Barclays will do the same on my behalf whether I want them too or not. My feeling is I have no control over the process and just accept whatever cash goes into my Barclays ISA account.

Oldapache, Thanks I will check my messages from Barclays. But they are very rigid, I cannot hold US listed, or any overseas listed shares without opening a separate international account, which I do not want to do. My view is that I have to treat them as a TILS cash dividend, the value of which is currently unknown. I just wish TILS had stuck to their original plan and floated ACCU on LSE main market and NASDAQ, then I could have sold when I was ready.

These are only to be listed on NASDAQ. I have a Barclays Stockbrokeres account for UK shares, so Barclays are likely to sell the Accustem shares on the first day of trading and credit my ISA account with the proceeds. I have no control over the process at all.

T. The £32 historic costs, are like a success fee, but CASP have had very little success! As KK suggests the charge appears to have been levied against the whole licensed area, therefore we hope there will be no more of them, even if more fields are discovered. If there is any farm out, some of those costs can be recouped by CASP. If the horizontal well is a success, we may have turned the corner.

p6 This was the picture at 31/12/20, oil prices look to be going through $80 soon, just enough income coming in from the shallows, the CE will soon be on hire and not a drain on finances, new horizontal well being drilled and could produce 500 bpd, who knows. Its all about the deeps, just get one producing consistently and the farm 49% out to a Korean oilco.
