Yes, good news for me, my 1 for 2 TLSA shares are showing in my AJ Bell ISA account. The price is in $ currently $1.23 and helpfully the valuation is converted into ££££s. So one down one to go.
Question for AJB account holders, does your account show any reference to ACCM? (Accustem)? If so in what form?

H, The share administrator is Computershare. They should divi out shares as per the TILS ex dividend date 12/10/2020. Trouble is they will simply send/wire them to the nominee shareholder when they receive the go ahead from ACCM. I switched account providers as soon as I knew TILS were going to list solely on NASDAQ, because my provider will not support overseas listed shareholdings. I am hoping Computershare will sent my ACCM to the same place they are going to send my TLSA shares. Bottom line is though, if you are entitled to receive these shares you must receive them. I just think it will, and is going to be a hassle.

Thanks SK. The result is also on the Accustem website. The Scheme document dated 2/11/2021 mentions Crest accounts being credited with ACCM shares. So question is whether the ACCM listing is any different from the TLSA listing on NASDAQ. I really would like to see both shares showing in my AJB account up and running and tradable by the end of 2021. I will then just have to sit wait and watch for 12 to 18 months.

Just a hunch but I think it will be Microsoft.

Just in for a few more as well. November historically not good for stock markets but December usually is. With very good news due from BLU there could be big gains in the run up to Christmas here. Fingers crossed.

Tiziana remained listed in my AJ Bell account but went to a line of zeros last week, Today the numbers are back and a value shown. But the value is listed in £ not $ and still referred to as a GB company, with the full allocation of shares showing. It need to show US listed, valued in $ and amount divided by two. Are things starting to happen? My struggle to locate/pin down my Accustem shares following transfer to AJ Bell continues.

Its a strong buy if (if) they can get the deeps to flow.

Seen the paragraph about testing the system first on a test net. Cannot see anything about a timeline. So if the testing all goes well, does any poster have an idea about when Pendulum could be commercially launched?

eatstocks, I think the answer is "yes and no" you act and talk like you are going to develop the asset but expect a major to come in an take it off your hands. UFO have recently appointed a top notch operations manager, they have already drawn up a development plan. The new manager firms up/revises those plans, using his experience, and presents a development plan which can be executed by a mining major. The buyer buys with confidence and UFO should realise a premium price for their efforts.

My thoughts are this share has seen a very disappointing performance so far this year. Another share that I hope (rather than expect) will see a Christmas rally. The company seems sound and well managed, has expanded its manufacturing facility but struggles to realise strongly increased sales. Lets hope financial and calendar year 2022 puts an end to the Covid malaise, but sadly it could be a case of "this time next year". I do not like share consolidations just gives an opportunity for the share to drop quicker from a higher price.

I am hoping GILD announce a top notch sponsor to replace the unnamed one which failed to cough up. Mega sponsor in November please.

Very positive AGM statement from the Chairman, clearly the prospects going forward for CPX are very good, and 2021 and 2022 should be excellent growth years. Given the prospects these look undervalued, real upside could come from a successful court case. Expecting a rally in share price up to Christmas.

Tom, As far as I know, they cannot be held or show in your account because they have not been listed on NASDAQ yet. As soon as the US regulators give the go ahead to list Accustem shares then ACCUs registrar (Computershare?) should start to ensure all the shares are distributed as per the entitlement at 30/10/2020, thats 1 Accu for every 1 Tils shares you held on that date. I have had to change brokers to enable me to continue to hold TILS and to hold ACCU when listed on NASDAQ I just hope it all goes smoothly. Plenty of good people on this bb who keep their ears to the ground and will keep us posted. IMHO DYOR
