MAST only currently has 9 mw capacity, (Pyebridge) Mast gets paid for either having the facility on standby and ready to go (afaik) and also receives a higher rate of pay when the site is actually generating and backing up the grid, they can now back up for 4000 hrs per year if called upon.
The problem is that MAST is about 9 months behind where they said they would be in the timeline set out in their prospectus. This is a big no-no, a red flag for serious investors, the company has underdelivered and hence the share price has fallen.

V. They are using gas to generate electricity. Each facility has gas turbines which use gas to power the turbines which act as back up generation for the electricity grid. As this "green" crusade continues the UK and the world will need more electricity, the UK will be more dependent on wind and solar, but as they say, what happens when "the sun don`t shine and the wind don`t blow?" We run short of electricity and need back up electricity generation, which is where MAST come in.

V, MAST got the share float away at 12.5 p promising 50 mw within 18 months (?) So my guess would be IF they could produce 150 mw in 18 months from now, we would likely see a share price of around 50p. But sadly at this rate of progress 150 mw is not going to happen. We should also be expecting a dividend at 150 mw production. IMHO DYOR

Unsure as to who a6 is referring to, but there have been loads of small sells for the last few weeks. Today saw some more normal buying and selling trades. The company is too quiet, we await news of Close Leasing final sign off, official trading results with some audited numbers (mast only produced post period end) and news of actual construction at Bordesley and Rochdale. We also await news of the acquisition of further development sites.

Share price of both recovering a bit now. It could be that nominee brokers who do not hold US stocks are selling in the market to pay the TILS shareholders off in cash. They will put the sell signal in and take any price on offer. I am hoping that when all shareholders finally have both TLSA and ACCM shares in their trading accounts the company (s) will announce decent news.

Yes it would, and the only ones to know the price would be the transacting parties and HMRC! The price could be at a considerable premium and still be cheap in the overall plan of the interested takeover party. Every shareholder has their price.

Rodge, You touch on an important point, if a large shareholder offloads millions and millions of shares the price is likely to fall, unless they sell into a market where the demand for those shares is high. It is entirely possible that Mr White and Mr Slater could be approached in person to sell their shares en bloc to a party seeking to build a stake in BLU for a potential takeover bid. Any such transactions would be off market but there would be subsequent TR1 notifications.

Very exciting times for BLU shareholders, I really enjoy the buzz when this happens. So, a question and an observation. BLU has a 27.7% shareholding in SatoshiPay what is the exact number of shares BLU holds? Whilst enjoying the ride each of will be thinking where to get off. What are the end game scenarios? I have previously touched on this and its based on total success for SatoshiPay. It either floats via an IPO, or is bought out by a financial institution, a hedge fund or other private equity, or bought out by a wanna be financial giant in the De-Fi space ( I am thinking say Apple)
If a predator really wanted to get an early sizeable stake in SatoshiPay it would make sense to make a bid for BLU??

ab. TILS is now TLSA and trading on the NASDAQ. Shares have consolidated 2 for 1. If your broker lets you hold US stocks in your account they should be showing. If no trading account you should have had a paper certificate by now. So TLSA is now tradeable and you should investigate and take action now.

bb, Thanks, your further thoughts would be appreciated. BLU approx 28% stake in Satoshipay gives an interest of just over 40 million pen tokens. But I do not think BLU will have a direct interest in them, they will not be owned by BLU? Or will they? What will drive the increase in the value of the tokens will they be tradeable? Will more than the current 200 million be issued? Will Satoshipay float on a stock exchange or (more likely I think) be bought out by a financial institution or hedge fund? I can clearly see how value would accrue to BLU with a sale of Satoshipay but less clear on how the pen tokens will show as a financial asset to BLU.

Unconsolidated amount still showing in my "closed" Barclays account. I am hoping B will transfer the consolidated shares to my AJB account when they arrive. Its all very messy. Here`s hoping.

Chugley, Thanks for posting. No they have not been listed yet so cannot be traded. We expected that. I am guessing that when all the share allocations are showing in the portfolios held by the various brokers Accustem will go live on NASDAQ. Could be end of Jan or beginning of Feb latest?

I will be positive, I am confident the deeps will flow in 2022, I think CASP will obtain a CPR when sufficient data is available. With mr Shin`s Korean connections I think a farm in is likely after a positive CPR for the deeps. No farm in if only the shallows are successful.

Exporting high production. CASP have talked about a railway line, and a pipeline. Appears road tanker transport is not viable for high production numbers. With the higher oil production comes gas production and Kazakh law requires it cannot be flared, so there will need to be oil/ gas separation/processing plants . Where is the nearest refinery and/or gas and oil pipelines for tie in to export? Help please?

Additional shallow production just in time for the expected rise in poo to $80+. For me it is Mr S Shin the COO who has brought in the expertise and determination to help CASP realise its potential. Shallow production from two fields should be 7000 bpd + end of 2022. CASP have the rigs, money and expertise to drill horizontal wells in short order. Shallow reserves will soon deplete at such a rate only around 15 mbls so successful deep production is needed. With the shallows and a deep production could be 10,000 bpd end of 2022, how do we export it?

and there is a transaction fee for every payment/transfer using the money exchange apparently. So recurring revenue stream for SatoshiPay. 27.7% of a very good business.

Found the answer on the other bb. There are/will be 200 million PEN tokens, 40 million allocated to Angel investors to fund development costs. BLU has 27.7% interest in the remaining 160 million PEN tokens. Make 44,320,000 tokens.
Those tokens could be worth a lot of money to to BLU and its shareholders.

Just answering my unanswered question earlier, BLU has around a 29% interest in SatoshiPay which has a wholly owned subsidiary Pendulum which has sold PEN tokens to backers to pay SatoshiPay to develop the Pendulum platform for it. So it appears there are two possible sources of monetary value to BLU and its shareholders x number of PEN tokens to be received, and a 29% stake in any SatoshiPay IPO shares?

I am unsure how many pen tokens BLUs shareholding in Pendulum/Satoshipay will be allocated to BLU. So is the value to BLU the enormous potential valuation of the tokens and/or the added value of the investment in the rest of Satoshi? We have seen that Dynasty is a potential takeover target, so is Pendulum and or Satoshipay?
