Yes. They have messed up.

They have used Template Letters based on two fictitious companies, Toucan and Pheonix. Look at some of the document titles.

Consent Letter - Allenby Capital is titled "220531 - Phoenix Consent Letter - Allenby (2.7) - FINAL SIGNED REDACTED"

The Irrevocable Undertaking letters are even worse. Pheonix and Toucan have not been replaced throuhgout the documents so all the signatories have made those undertakings in respect of Toucan and not Tern. They are in effect invalid.

It may be even worse if they do not catch it in time because the 2.7 document references the publication of The Scheme within 28 days of the original announcement. If those Irrevocable Undertakings form part of The Scheme then the whole process could be invalidated.

"if the Scheme Document is not published within 28 days of the date of this Announcement or the Scheme lapses or is otherwise withdrawn."

The identity of Swanny27 and his apparent association with CFC has already been used by others in order to promote investment in Tern. If Swanny27 is not Jonathan Mark Swann then someone's reputation is at risk. If Swanny27 is Jonathan Mark Swann then perhaps they should not be a random on your forums.
