I sincerely hope you’re right. But like everything in life, A is only worth what B is prepared to pay. P2 ready still means huge probability of failure and subsequently risk for any potential buyer. Based on SARs history of hiccups I think potential buyers will be very cautious and as such any offer will be lower than similar deals. The obvious route would be license deal, which means years of not knowing if or when. Hopefully it’s all good going forward.

Silverfoil, with all due respect how can you say £4 isn’t perfect? That’s circa x26 from where we currently are. Very few AIM companies will ever go from 15p to £4 in normal trading (ie non covid scenario). If a buy offer comes in I doubt it will be north of £1 and I believe it would be voted through.

Mike, didn’t think it was a win or lose scenario. We’re all entitled to rally or moan. I hope it comes good of course I do. But I can no longer pretend it’s something that it’s not. Have a good evening all.

Mike, I’ve been here 17 years now. At one point my share holding was worth c£380k, I was stupid and didn’t sell, believed the hype that it would go higher. My mistake, my greed. I’ve written off the £40k I invested here.

Not interested in de-rampimg, it needs no help from me. If you’ve been here for any real period of time you would know I was always a supporter of SAR. But sometimes you have to look at the evidence and the history. The reality is what it is. The board run the company, that is a fact. Look at the financial fiasco of the Riverfort deal. No one would have entered that deal if they had any real commercial skills. They destroyed the finances and very nearly bankrupted the business. Do you imagine the same members are capable of making a deal that will benefit the PI? If you do then good luck to you.

Current share price equivalent to pre-consolidation price of 0.28 of a penny. Didn’t the board do well. How anyone can claim they deserve a bonus is beyond me.! Sadly I now believe this share is bust.

Why would anyone buy in the next 6 months, may as well take the gamble out of it and wait for the tox results. Which based on previous performance could be another year away. During which the board will do absolutely FA but draw funds and dilute further. At some point the option to raise will disappear and the company will be delisted. It’s taken 20 years to achieve a p1 thats had issues and a p2 (737) that Clearly no one is interested in. The constant ref made about its potential on here is just rampant ramping. If it was of interest to anyone it would have been licensed, clearly it isn’t.

Okay so we might be last in class and only have 6 months of patent life left by the time we get to a p2. But we will have paid the BOD very well and provided them with a nice pension. What more do you want from your investment?

DP64 I answered your question. The SAR board have nothing to do with the issuing of the RNS. They are written by the BOD and posted by a third party. Clearly the third party made a mistake and issued it in the name of Sareum instead of Serum, It’s not b that difficult to fathom out.

I would imagine it was probably LSEG that issued and made the mistake. It would having nothing to do with SAR’s BOD they probably didn’t know until we did. Complete admin error, but free PR for Sareum’s.

Great to see. But reality is more U.K. small bio companies go into receivership. Unless SAR starts producing the goods when it says it will it will experience the latter.

Given time you will come to learn that when the board state a timescale, it is nothing more than a guess. You may as well ignore the statement. You need to understand there is no reason to rush these things. Salary, bonus and pension benefits keeping on being paid.

It’s great to read about Alumis Inc etc and how well they are doing. But doesn’t it just emphasis how poor Sareum’s performance is? Doesn’t it make you wonder if actually the other companies are being ran by better people and their science is superior to ours.

Fed up to the back teeth with this bloody company and it's inability to make a deal.

Maybe the products are just not of interest.
