What’s the point in moaning Warthog you’ve been here long enough you know the script. If you’re a LTH you’ll have made a Bob or two . Never a get rich quick with SAR but the patient have already been rewarded. It’s sell up or wait , patience is all that’s required
Who’s this then?
Star- great post. Did you feel the need to put that out there just in case anyone was unaware?
Note the wording:
“While the company is seeking further clarification from the MHRA on the requirements for resubmission, we now anticipate a delay in launching clinical activity”
Re the last 9 words out loud…….
“A delay in launching clinical activity” ………
Doesn’t sound like a rejection does it?
Sounds like what it is…… a delay.
Just: yesterday the negative narrative was “AGM” that’s now been put to bed.
Ref your earlier statement:
“I have my guess that statutory timescales, always remain statutory timescales, unless and until amended - and I have seen no information to indicate that they have been amended”
You are mistaken if you believe “statutory” timescales are fixed in stone. Have a look at the statutory requirements with regards to commercial litigation. Every process has a timescale attached. And I can assure you they are missed on a very regular basis, with no repercussions whatsoever. I have witnessed cost orders that have been authorised by the high court, completed ignored, despite there being a specific date. Nothing happens, excuses are made and life rolls on.
Star, you’re the one who comes across like a frustrated toddler trying to put the round peg in the square hole. Crying and stamping feet.
If you don’t understand the process and the associated risks etc, just sell up and move on. It really is that simple and no scientific papers to worry about. I think you would be happier, and life really is too short.
Star, sorry to point out the obvious but the majority of people on the BB can read and therefore have a pretty good understanding of the science.
Why not try investing in a sausage factory or similar, you might be happier with that type of investment.
Based on the recommendation below, doesn’t appear to be to much of a concern, updated educational information etc
“The product information for JAK inhibitors used to treat chronic inflammatory disorders will be updated with the new recommendations and warnings. In addition, the educational material for patients and healthcare professionals will be revised accordingly. Patients who have questions about their treatment or their risk of serious side effects should contact their doctor.”
Looks like a concerted effort to undermine or dissuade postings that have provide technical support in favour of Sareum and its molecules. Why anyone who has invested would take offence is rather bizarre. Personally, if someone takes the time to evaluate the science and post data I believe that’s a very generous use of their time. Now when someone continuously posts negativity without any supporting data, you have to question what is the aim.
