I understand there must be a level of education for some, but I will continue to smile at the "Whole Chicken".
So taste & texture must be a given, so it will be the health benefits over and above their meat equivalents that should really swing it. Fish for example, which we know are good for us, but in a future tepid sea full of micro plastic and cesium 137, won't be available / edible for long, can a ANIC product replicate the nutritional benefits of fish? (and no palm oil filler please).
