At least the BOD / Woodford conflict of interest is now resolved, but I take your point, why was it allowed to exist in the first place? Also barchid, as you have noted, 65% of the companies fate is held between two large investors ( one being externally forced to sell stock). Not an ideal situation. I can't imagine that the WPCT fund has much further to fall though @ 50p and they may well start buying MERC stock again shortly. But then the time bomb is reset :(

An amount of profit taking perhaps, but cable low (Cheap share outside UK), summer season purchases, warehouse issues being resolved. I would imagine this will continue climbing to at least 3000.00p . Plus, still the chance of a buy-out.

Woodford reducing equity on Fri. 26th July. Now transpires Woodford fund to be suspended until December 2019. So does this mean Woodford's stake in Merc remains frozen ? or can their stake still be traded ?

I have been informed by a HNR board poster that Mr. Paul Mendell is associated HNR and sits on HNR's Advisory Board.

So I imagine any efficiencies will already be underway, courtesy of IOF's co-founder.

Ref. HNR's Montana fracking and water issues (see latest HNR RNS) - I wonder if HNR's fracking operations produce any fracking brine that Iofina could convert ? There may be some mutual revenue streams to be gained ? IOF could also share it's water transportation knowledge gain during the Atlantis project.
