I await with restrained ambivalence, for the Governments actions post Brexit. Hopefully they'll fix the roof instead of oak panelling the basement. Always interested in seeing how the public purse is spent......?

- On-line retailers impact on the economy : - as each store closes, all the costs, employment, and utility bills etc stop - typically :Rent, Business Rates, Wages, Employer National Insurance, Electricity, Insurance(Public and Premises), Water , Telecoms ,(line rental, calls, broadband), Bin/Cardboard Collection, Alarm System(includes security tagging/barrier), Windows(done weekly), Advertising(local paper 3 times a year), General Supplies/Petty Cash , CC Commission(based on £500k turnover), Stationary, Fuel Costs, Carrier Bags, Banking Fees & Overdraft, Repairs to shop/maintenance, PRS License , Lighting, PAT Electrical testing, EPOS Software Rental .........Big loss to the local & general economy.

Other emerging revenue issues : - Climate change infrastructure spending required, transport fuel tax receivables will be decreasing as combustion engines are phased out, add in some adult care requirements etc...etc...
So where's the money coming from to sort that lot (not to mention defence ...police...power utilities....). Oh yeah, I tried to buy a cheap fully trained Doctor and a fully trained Police Officer on Amazon and guess what "Currently Unavailable".

Everyone enjoys the low prices of the on-line giants, but the real price payed currently manifest in bricks & mortar retailers not trading on a level playing field and the UK Government being starved of fiscal funds to cure the social and welfare deprivation currently experienced. I feel once out of the EU, UK Government will correct this issue .

So EMH have generated £750K for a share dilution of 2.7%. The result on the 146.6Mil shares ref. 9th Aug share price of approx. 20.40p, by adding 4.2Mil shares @ 18p would be a share price of 20.33p. Today's closing price of 17.4p is oversold, therefore I would expect this to rise (all things being equal).

Feeling global issues. With 320 factories in China & 266 in India employing 700K workers, " Tuba Levitas's" & China's trade war is causing a global contraction. Until Tuba feels he has a level trade playing field, This situation will persist. Global trade handing on a tweet as the worlds bread baskets flex their consumer power muscles. If you were in self protection mode, this share is an easy dump against global issues.

Yes, Tyson, Cargill, MosaMeat and Mephis Meats, along with investors like Virgin and Bill Gates are already heavily involved. I was interested to hear some constructive info. about the only UK listed company involved with Clean Meat.
