If a gas reservoir spans an acreage boundary, how does the gas get apportioned between the acreage owners ?

So Shell & Repsol are our contiguous neighbors ? Perhaps they won't have to survey their acreages. Perhaps they'll just use their advanced horizontal drilling techniques to nick our gas... If they setup rigs close to our boundary, then we need to be vigilant. Joking aside, are acreage boundaries subterranean as well as surface ?

GAN's relocation and listing in the US makes much sense. If I were a country opening up my gambling laws. I'd want the beneficiaries of such a change to pay tax in my country and be governed by my laws.
