So 51.2% of EMH is owned by 4 major shareholders which = 7.5 Mil shares. 146.6 Mil shares are in issue. A 2 mil. Euro loan is an equity swap ( 2Mil euro X 0.?p = ???? shares).

What do we think the deal price will be to become the largest shareholder ?

IOF has become the USA's premier halogen producer and is now about to leverage it's extensive chemical industry knowledge to convert hemp into useful CBD products . No doubt IOF will find efficiencies in this conversion that will place them ahead of the competition. Back to exciting times and growth. Well done Iofina :)

So we have a property who's value has been determined by a survey carried out by Schlumberger and some holes drilled by Schlumberger . In our metaphorical game of "Gas Reservoir Battleships" we may have not found the Battleship, but instead have found a Frigate. If the property was your house and you disagreed with the valuation, your would request another survey by a different surveyor. Do we have any options ? or will the possible Battleship find be left to the next owners ?
