Short answer. If target is as we expect very valuable. Then every guy who wants to become a shareholder has to pay us current shareholders an amount we are prepared to sell our stock at??? Ist bid??? 10bagger???

To answer question. Why do co list? To grow? Raise funds to fund further growth??? So have a smaller amount of a bigger pie? So lets say x private co. Is worth £10mill...to fund growth borrow from bank? Or Current holders need to find cash to fuel growth??? Next option list on market and use new shareholders to fund expansion??? So rto 1 avenue as saves time effort starting from scratch to create listed vehicle. Well listed stock ie in this case bou shareholders own stock agreed. And guys bringing in co. Will get some cash and shares agreed??? Well how does every other man and his dog get some shares in this co??? They need to buy in market??? Rto guys will probably have lock in cases they can't sell their stock for y time and then needs to be sold in orderly amounts??? So back to beginning...only stock that can be bought is from original holders of bou??? And say everyman and his dog sees new co. That come along and says I want some of that??? Then you have your huge demand trying to buy limited shares...and hence!!! As I said last night those long term holders who have been here when we started out battle stopping the cheap placing. Be brave and hold. God willing we will all make a decent return.

Aside you did say original co worth £2.5mill originally and pays £500k in cash. You then said overall co is worth £12mill...and original guys still own £2.5mil and rto guys own £10mill...so out by £500k in your calculation....i know being pedantic

Been a good fight from April. Antos has stood up for us to get 00. Many i think have sold in lows of 0.02p their open offer stock. Strange how Halifax guys were last to get stock and have probably benefited by selling in the 0.03p zones??? Not sold 1 oo share. Think many are going to be kicking themselves in short term for selling. I'm expecting a bod change like many. And believe we haven't moved sp wise. The ltholders I hope have kept a decent amount here. Pray all holders make life Changing return here. Gl all have a nice weekend

Show me 1stock where chap has done what antos has done here??? In over 20years in market never seen this happen b4. He has bought in open market and paid 4times open offer Price!!! So 2 directors coming? Rto coming? Target co value??? Rns hit 1.30pm...a lot haven't even seen end And then we have open offer guys who sold 0.02p/0.024 range??? And suddenly sp up 30% from those sells??? And yet we haven't really started to motor yet??? This is now going to have an irg/ mxo type play ie 10bagger. Gl all holders don't get conned in to selling to low...many thought with last lot ie halifax lot getting oo shares we would get a pullback...and what has happened???

So oo guys been selling cheap stock and at same time the excess oo not allocated cash not come back to many??? Those guys who can look outside box would have been selling other stocks and been buying more here( when open offer cash comes back they an buy those stocks back I they want???)...instead we follow human patterns and think I need that cash to buy more and I don't want sp to move...well antos has put cat amongst pidgeons by showing he has been buying blocks at a much higher sp than current one from milli research

Now anyone who has been following trading pattern here since last Friday will have seen an interesting occurrence. Guys getting open offer stock on Friday were selling either to run free or reduce risk/exposure??? Guys were nipping in and buying stock each day. As each broker gave stock same process happening ad nauseam. Those who were watching closely have seen we never crashed to 0.0125p!!!!??? Instead today prime example ...morning big sellers sold sub 0.02p...mms wouldnt let you buy lower than 0.022p!!! And at some stages mms were giving you more to sell than to buy!!!

Milli nailed the big guys over the last week's and looks like antos was buying in market. Would need to go back to those days to see sp he was paying. Now we are expecting 2 new directors??? Today's rns confirms we are heading to rto. The shares coming tomorrow imho have already found safe hands.

We can now move to discussing the true potential of bou...afraid last 3 to 4 weeks has been non stop about 00. Now to work out potential of bou??? We had 3 directors of ph lot. 1 has gone...new guy Alan syme Anyone done deep research in to him??? Why has he come here? Why now? Has he a link to Antos? Antos has not only as I predicted taken his full allocation but surprised me too with how much excess he has gone for..

Does anyone actually read the rns? No administrator is going to be appointed...psl has been sold for £1 to antos. Last gm resolution!!! What they previously said was it would cost several thousand to appoint an administrator and so was better to sell for £1!!!!

Good to see you rkb. I sometimes despair for people's simple lack of maths. Obvious you were correct on 1.7bill forward sold? And that's been put to bed. Now antos has 758million shares...listen 758million shares. If he hadn't taken up his allocation then excess available would have been at least 758million??? Nest pas??? 603million was on excess....so obvious antos taken his full allocation???

I'm afraid those selling are losing entitlement to those shares, in the open offer shares. Have to hold to deadline date of offer.

Anyone not entitled to buy in open offer.should be buying now. They will regret it big time this month.
