Guys god willing I will be back in UK this week. The medical insurance co. We're so inept and inhumane. My nephew broke his new cap and his was settled in a day. Mine took 10days plus to settle. And last night gave me offer of we will fly out medical support from UK on Thursday to where you are so effectively I don't back till late weekend? When 4 consultants have said I'm medically fit and don't need medical support on flight.my wife and son can be my support. End result from medical instance??? Well you can fly yourself but if you have any problem in air and need oxygen we are liable!!! Ive had my stats done every 4hours for last 12days...and for last 6 days oxygen levels have been 100%!!!
I then started to worry what if something happens??? My son is going mental 3rd year medic saying she is talking crap dad.
What happens the orthopaedic consultant walks in his gym stuff ( this is 9pm penang time last night)...id asked him to change dressing in the morning covering stitches of broken arm. This guys not said I'm a bloody orthopaedic surgeon. The nurse can change the dressing!!! His come back 9pm to change dressing. Asks everything Ok??? Wife with tears in her eyes asks can you advice ...medical insurance are saying needs medical support/ may need oxygen etc etc..he listens..then says yes he broke 3 ribs but his lungs are fine. He says remember I passed you guys in the lift this afternoon...she says yes...he says I'm thinking where are they going??? I go back to.my office and see you've been for chest x-ray. I've seen his x rays( that's 3rd one) and have seen his lungs are fully inflated and fine. He says no one can give you a 100% guarantee except god but 99% husband safe to fly.
Question is who does that??? Come back after work to change dressing??? Still check up on patient after youve done your bit???

I actually had to get him to do me some more favours... another chap helped out a situation I had on Saturday in uk.spoke to him for 2minutes to thank him...his response..i had no choice. 2 reasons I helped you out. 1 that chap u asked for help guilt tripped me!!! And another chap I know is a close friend of yours for 30years...i had no choice. I thanked him. And said sorry but you need to help.me out next week too!! He laughed . There are people in this world who have humanity and want to see others succeed. And for them just seeing others succeed is thanks enough. Nothing in life is guaranteed. But I've sat here since April. And trust antos will get rto done. Of course risk involved, But that is the case in living too, no one knows what's round corner. It is now agreed that Warrants shall entitle the warrant holder to subscribe for 3 per cent. of the Company's share capital, as enlarged by any further issues of Ordinary Shares only up to the date of admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM or any other EU Recognised Investment Exchange, following completion of a Reverse Takeover of the Company. The Company has been informed that the Warrants have been subsequently purchased by Mr Antos Glogowski. ...so at point of completion of rto???

I don't think many understood Friday rns 're warrants. Antos has paid more money just to buy the warrants!!! To exercise them he will have to put in more cash!!! And warrants link to rto as trigger!!! And as has been spotted mention of listing on another regulated market!!!

I believe yesterday's rns has cleared a massive blockage. Now hopefully the journey forward will be easier and more productive in a quicker timescale.

The Warrants were issued in consideration of fees owed relating to advisory and fund-raising services rendered to the Company during the last quarter of 2018 and the first quarter of 2019 and which have largely not been paid for in an effort to conserve the cash available to the Company. So how much was phouse owed??? For 6months??? So question is how much has antos paid just to get those warrants off phouse??? £20k? £40k £50k Bear in mind that's 6months fees for advise and fund raising??? Monday met my friends wife.knew her mum was unwell. Asked how her mum was to find she had passed away 2 weeks prior. She said to me...who would have known when she drove herself to the hospital appointment, she wouldn't driver herself back? Never go back to her house again?...youre right she says to me these are all just things. I tried to find words to comfort her to give her strength through this trying time. As she left , couple of hours later her husband texts to tell me a friend from our uni group mum passed away in Italy couple of weeks back and funeral was Tuesday. So Tuesday get to funeral and only me and above friend are there out of our circle of 7 friends. Been a group for 30years. At funeral service learn all about friends mum who passed away. At uni we knew his father had passed away. But he never approached subject so never discussed it. Turns out his father passed away when he was 7. His mother who had come from italy in i thnk 1958 had been much younger than him. So she only had 10years of marriage, 3 before friend was born. So this great lady brought my friend up and spent next 42years focusing all her attention/love/energy on my friend.she worked as cleaner/baby sitter/ farm worker and any other jobs she could put her hands too. You leave funeral and back in to the rat race. Yet that point is the destination for us all. So enjoy your life and especially your health. Take care we have a sunny day in Glasgow...lol off to work. We have finally had the paradigm shift in our company.been long road from April. Those who plot achievements on a graph and extrapolate to where they reason we will end up.
