We have a £1mill cash. Peterhouse haven't said give us £x for our fees. Instead they have said we want 3% of co. For warrants at 0.01p!!! Open offer guys get stock at 0.012p and are selling??? Also notice it isn't we get xmillion warrants at y price...its 3% of stock of co. In warrants!!! Anyone ever seen that b4???

Sometimes just listening pays its rewards. Trek nailed the 3% warrants to peterhouse...but no one has picked up how that sentence has been worded. Question is it 3% of current shares in issue??? Or 3% of shares in issue up to 3 years from warrant date? Also no more shares can now be issued without another mandate from shareholders. As pal said to me we are so used to getting smacked in aim stocks. That the open offer guys sold and ran as we're expecting to be smacked . Now problem they have is the realisation they sold their shares dirt cheap.

Those who sold here last week will think same. Ie I've sold . And it's psychology ie they won't be able to make mental leap that they can buy back at a higher sp if story hasn't even started. Rusty I think posted he has averaged up twice. Simple you take a risk and buy in 0.04p's zone more than you want to hold...at 0.06p or 0.08p gives you 30% to 50% free shares if topslice??? However if going to 0.4p...then buying here and waiting patiently for the unveiling will hopefully give us many times our investment??

Some guys I know have a 5 figure sum in here...antos value now is 2bill approx shares from 12bill...1/6 of current mcap so approx £890k... And if the "lithium " chap still here and retained his 1% then his value would be £53k odd??? Who knows maybe he will stand up as apparently lithium co. 1 chap recounted how a young lad at the meeting had 1% and said he was a small holder and antos corrected him by saying to him he was a significant holder??? Strange is it not that Halifax has been ****ged off here for last month due to their ineptness??? And that has actually meant their clients have benefited more due to price being 50% higher than the 0.02p sellers??? Thursday morning 2 big sells sub 0.02p. Thursday close we are up over 50%. Clever guys have been buying more as pis were selling their 00 shares to derisk??? Get free ride??? It's a % game many don't understand ie from 0.02p to 0.03p is 50% rise from 0.03p to 0.04p is 33% rise So even though both are 0.01 the % gain is higher from lower down... Afraid some of my friends did same...ie sold banking their almost 100% ... But question was why take open offer and then sell down here ???

Antos buys shy of 2bill of stock. People terrified they have bought a dud? Simples sell and let antos buy more? That way your fear can end???

Lol always give benefit of doubt. But as many have worked out Good deramping done today. Simple example given. And he can't add in his own example. Starts with 12mill...and one lot have still their 10mill and other lot still have 2.5mill...so tgat makes 12.5mill???
