I wouldn't worry about it too much (easier said than done I know). On a fundamental valuation the drpo is massively overdone. Yes it could drop more, it could also rally hard who knows, but if you dont need cash urgently then just hold for the inevitible rise. Don't see any point contemplating selling shares in a company with a mcap after stripping out cash of less than 1 years worth of sales. Irrational markets create opportunity.

Again Mike, thats incorrect (so many false statements made when a share price falls, funny that). Annual reports are due to be released in coming weeks so directors are not allowed to buy shares ahead of it, as it is considered insider trading. They can buy after the annual report is published.

Not true, there are rules regarding the price that can be offered, its not linear

No reward in life without risk. Trick is to stack the deck in your favour with sound analysis and interpretation. If it were easy everyone would be a millionaire. Hardest part is how you deal with it when things go against you, some cut and run, some double down, some shut up shop. It's easy to invest when it always goes up, but best gains are made when something behaves irrationally, however to invest then takes nerves of steel. Anyway, I'm not preaching, we all have our own styles and strategies to make money

No problem Hydr, I'm not getting wound up, I just like to say things as I see it, just my nature. It is difficult to value because of all the moving parts definitely. Min though I base it on what I mentioned earlier. Upside is incredibly difficult to forecast, as one major international order and it would make all forecasts irrelevant.

A short can do whatever valuation they like, it matters not to me what they come out with. All I care about is my own valuation, as it is my own money I am investing with. Frankly anyone who takes positions based on other people's price forecasts either high or low is a fool. Should only ever invest based on personal convictions and analysis.

They stated I the last rns the Q1 split of dhsc to private sales, plus stated those private sales were growing, you can work it out easily from that. No geogrsphic split, I'm just saying those are the markets that look great for expanding sales right now with variant testing

Private sales are 140m a year and growing. Look at the news and see all the variant escalation on 24/7. It is creating a huge opportunity for NCYT. Ignore UK gov and look at the global picture, us, India, s America, europe, our sales will grow much more, particularly snpsig. Anyway, that's my view and the reason I grow more confident each day. Of course maybe a meteorite will hit and wipe out ncyt HQ, you just never know. This fall is a wonderful opportunity for those that missed out on the last surge, you can lead a horse to water...

No downside, not fundamentally. I'm sure some chartists will bang on about technical this technical that, but it's mcap is just too low relative to earnings now. Plus so many upside catalysts that can trigger a rally. Only downside risk is some crazy escalation in legal discussions, which is in neither parties interest so unlikely, but upside catalysts are many and more probable in my view.

Well they have £1.5 a share sat in cash in the bank at the moment. At 2.5 you're valuing them at basically 6m earnings only. If it gets there I imagine every man and his dog will be all over it. We've already reached the low in my view, might get random moves at this level on sentiment, but fundamentally I see virtually no downside at this level.

That is a good question Lui, and one I've also pondered. I believe they do, case in point there multiple rns' around the 3% level on one fund. I'd be very surprised if they hadn't used the rns triggers deliberately on the last round of them to facilitate some arbitrage on their portfolio. Mute point now though as all below 3%.

Well I have us currently 120m cash, plus estimate earnings this year of 175m (that excludes dhsc and assumes zero sales for snpsig, which will make it higher). So cash plus less than 1 year's earnings = current mcap lol. If that's not value then I don't know what is

Yep, I agree with you there Harchris. I've got some funds freeing up this week and will add some more if prices are still around here. Too cheap by far now, and it's the easiest buy I've seen in a long time. Although ideally I'd like it to drop a little more temporarily so I can add a little cheaper, then rally hard as soon as i've added :)

Surprisingly my confidence is increasing. All we hear about now is variants, and we are number one at detecting variants. Admittedly the share price is woeful and doesn't inspire confidence taken on its own, but share prices by their nature are often random. I expect a pickup soon, feel it in my bones.
