Yeah the interest is to be paid for sure, all major contracts I've been involved in have similar non payment penalty clauses using libor plus x%. That said making a million or two in interest whilst you lose £600m in your mcap due to dragging it out probably isn't the most clever play in the book...

Anyone know if their is a hard limit to the time a dispute resolution can take? Can't imagine you simply don't have to pay your bills for as long as you want before action is taken against you. If I had a car on finance and didn't pay the baliffs would come around. At what point do we send the debt collectors to the DHSC?

I think we all would. By allowing the DHSC to drag on, and the share price to be manipulated they create a ripe situation for a predatory takeover. For £50-100m you can get a world class leading diagnostics company, with 10m (minimum level before we account for increased travel) monthly sales... Err go on them you've tempted me... Any sniff of takeover interest and this will be at £12 before you know it. Only thing I find odd is there havent been any firm rumours as yet

Like you say Soder, at this price whats the point in worrying, any dhsc resolution would be positive. I can't help but feel this is the bargain of the century, but I'm loath to add more also given sentiment isn't improving at all. That said can't imagine anyone is really liquidating anymore when the company is preety much valued at cash in bank, so we will see. I like todays volatility, it increased buying substantially, shows there's alot of interest to buy, butthey're just waiting on price action. trick is to load up more on any sentiment change, for now we wait.

It dropped simply because it went below its trading range which triggered selling to the next level, i.e. 300. On the positive side I only have 2 possible downside targets (although not sure we'll go through 300 on pure valuation reasons), 300 is the first, then the 52 week low of 285 (says 275 here but I can only see 285 on the 52 week chart). Basically its on its arse but barring a meteorite we are pretty much as low as it can go.

Strip out cash from the mcap and we basically value the whole company at about £50m, or 4 - 5 months revenue. Remarkably silly price. At this point the share price becomes basically meaningless.

Is today the day we finally get the last short squeeze before a rally. lets hope so, because we are all sick to death of this price action this year

If you read (and its a recurring theme that you do not read information) the reason it wasn't published, it was because the update would not have been materially different to the guidance released a few weeks before. 'Not' materially different, or in lay mans terms basically the same.

It's very difficult to remain positive when the price is on its arse everyday. It is however easy to use common sense on valuations. It could be twice this price and still be hugely undervalued on fundamentals, so whilst we may feel like tearing our hair out each day, it is a classic hold and add strategy here, funds depending of course.

I would give them credit though, after such a brutal year for investors here, to arrange what amounts to a full on face to face discussion is very brave. Now either they have skin as hard as rock, or they have some good news they feel will make us finally happier and get off of their backs.

Larry. Yeah you are probably right there. I imagine they'd be happy discussing their US growth plans. But it does seem they will likely have some news between now and then to present to us, otherwise it's basically a pointless exercise.

Oh and No6, when will you move us from the Bourse to the US

Number 1 (assuming its not resolved by then) is how is the resolution progressing, and what timelines do they forsee to it. Number 2 what is the private testing expansion looking like growth wise. Number 3 what are the plans for the US and what growth are we seeing from the recent high level hires there. Number 4 how do they forsee creating a return for investors.

Why would we care about France, it's not a major market for us. It's been made plainly clear the US market is where we are expanding and targeting. Surely the questions should be about that massive market opportunity and not a backwater like france.

Nothing to say they aren't expecting to release news in the next few weeks in an RNS, which can then be discussed at the meeting.

My suspicion is it will be significantly more. We were already doing good sales to these companies before lockdown ended and flights opened up. I'd personally be susprised if we weren't doing 12-15m a month revenue now the planes are in the air again and testing has exploded.

Thats an interesting quote wilson. A statistician would have a field day with that. 2759 'great' reviews. That's wonderful, but if you 100,000 customers a month, what are the other 200-300k customers thoughts on it lol. Sooner they get it all replaced with NCYT testing supply the sooner the country can have access to high quality reasonably priced tests.

The question you should be asking is not who is selling their shares, but more interestingly who is buying them... There's little PI interest at the moment due to the lack of movement, so someone is quietly accumulating them.
