addicknt please can you remind me if you are invested here or not. I know you previously stated that you sold out but was not sure if you had reinvested yet. It may help give context to some of your comments.

It would be nice to get some reassurance but what could PS say other than nothing has changed. We are awaiting the final approvals from China that could come any day now, what is he supposed to do, contact them and say a few of our share holders are worried so could they hurry it up a bit. Also there is no information linking the failed Garfeng fund raise with the deal with BCN. I agree these things may cause worry and have caused a few to sell but volume has been low and the trend will soon reverse with any good news. My main irritation is that I did not trade some of my shares to capitalise on this situation, I suspect that opportunity has now been missed. I certainly don't think PS has some news he is keeping secret but will release if he is emailed.

I would be very surprised if this has any effect on Garfeng's deal with BCN. Garfeng is not cash strapped and has other option and routes to raise money. The initial deal is small change to them and they would not want the opportunity to slip by. Garfeng have also stated that the Sonora project is key to their growth strategy. As quoted in the initial RNS, Mr Wang Xiaoshen, the Deputy Chairman of GFL, commented: "Our proposed investment in Bacanora Lithium and the Sonora Lithium Project would form a cornerstone in Ganfeng's growth strategy to become the world's largest lithium producer. Specifically, the Sonora deposit is large and scalable, with low operating costs". Key word 'cornerstone'.

I think on the KDNC board some are trying to rationalise their selling of BCN shares. I personally think they are deluding themselves.

The main drop here has happened since 5th august. The total volume of shares traded over that period is just over 5 million shares which represents 3.88% of the share capital. Presumably half of those traded or a good proportion were buys. That hardly indicates a scenario that a large investor is dumping shares because 'they know something'. I think the drop is probably due to a combination of kdnc continued selling, impatience and some caught up in a kind of panic or hedging their bets. I think the drop is overdone. There is no information to suggest the Garfeng deal will not be done. Things will roll on, the deal will be approved. Some people will have managed to gain by this drop and some will have lost out. End of.

I agree Brandy but for me the problem is the company has not been totally transparent. First they did not inform us that it was a three stage process and now they have not been clear about what the others two stages are. This for some people may make investment seem more of a risk.Bit of a home goal.

Assume they thought it would all be complete by end of July. It was sensible to RNS the partial approval though because the market would have reacted badly if left hanging with no news and may have assumed bad news. I would like a bit more clarity from the company regarding what stages are still required, I think they should be upfront and clear about this.

You say 'sea of red', but there has been an insignificant amount traded less than £50k (for a company worth over £60 million). Also some of the earlier 'sells ' were probably buys. We are awaiting authority from Chinese government , which is outside control of company. There is probably nothing BCN can do, they are waiting just like us. Just have to relax. If you believed in the company before there is no reason to change your mind at the moment. I do not expect we will get any news today because it is night time in China now.

I am perplexed as to why anyone would sell leading up to the expected news. You think the opposite would be the case. This could completely rerate very quickly when deal is finally confirmed.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any information about proposals for a partnership agreement and what sort of terms would be expected? It seems a lot to take on trust unless there is some kind of preliminary agreement on this.

Would be grateful if someone could enlighten me on the current balance sheet of emh and funding requirements going forward. The loan seems great news but it does not seem a huge amount and was unsure of the terms in respect of having to pay it back and was worried that it may leave emh exposed. Sorry if this sounds ignorant but I only hold a few emh shares now and was considering further investment. Have a much larger holding in BCN and have been familiar with the struggle to get funding. Presumably CEZ will not be doing emh any favours and does this give them leverage going forward?

I think 'potential' is the key word in the RNS and 2 million euros is not a lot of money. I think with Czech politics there is a long way to go there. I personally would be very careful about throwing money in that direction and would be worried about getting spiked on the rise. Think BCN is a lot further along the curve and will be keeping faith here.

My take on it is that what the shares were worth before Garfeng involvement. Garfengs involvement makes the whole project viable and worth substantially more. The buying in price is almost irrelevant since the possible expansion of the project more than makes up for the extra shares that will be in issue.

Remind me addicknt, are you invested here or not? I suppose if you are trading as you have said a bit of price volatility will suit, so not sure its clarity you want. I am quite happy to be invested here and hope we can now maintain a steady rise. There seamed to be strong support around the 40p mark so hopefully that will give confidence moving forward. Pleased that the steady rise today held well.

Obviously there is nothing wrong with trading and making money. What I don't like are cynical posts trying to sway opinion to suit your own agenda. Everyone always brings up the argument that their posts have no effect anyway when they obviously have an agenda. If you don't hold this share now, why have you suddenly popped back here this morning to give everyone you advice. Why don't you stick with your original style. I am sure you could use your skills to trade this share without attempting to sway people on a bulletin board, whether it has any effect or not.

I am glad we are partnering with a mining company rather than some finance institution (despite the entry price). Finance companies attitude to AIM companies seems quite cynical, in that they sell them out if there is an opportunity to make a fast buck.

addicknt. The problem with you appearing this morning with your theories to talk the share down is that you have a self declared interest in a drop in the share price. You would obviously love the share price to drop in the short term to give yourself a greater opportunity to trade, which you admit is your intention. You still talk about the longer term potential, giving yourself the opportunity to talk the share up again if and when you ever re-enter.

Just because Secker may have missed earlier opportunities does not prove that this is now a bad deal. In fact it may be a better deal than the one you allude to despite the price, because it potentially offers more than cash value.

Addicknt its great that your honest that you are now trading this, but you now seem to be part of the negative argument crew to suit your own ends. Assume you either missed out on the current rise or sold out on the rise and now hoping to get in lower again. Thought you were above those sort of games.

The price Garfeng bought in at is irrelevant. It adds a lot more value to the company going forward. Why are you trying to guess Hanwa's motives, that is also now irrelevant and maybe investing huge capital in a new mine is just not there preferred business model. Surely the remaining funding will not now be a problem because the project has been substantially derisked.

Garfeng will not want too much funding through equity because that will reduce there own percentage.
