Has BCN retained its right of first refusal on Solar World’s share or has that right passed to ZNWD?

Seeing as BCN owns nearly half of ZNWD this is really good news here to and should be reflected in the sp.

If KDNC can't pay their way maybe they get bought out so they can use the funds to develop some of their other projects. Don't think BCN will be doing them any favours especially with a company like Garfeng as a major shareholder of BCN. Imagine it will be dealt with in a very business like manner.

I’m with you Mr James. There just seems a little bit too much hype around EMH at the moment and I would be worried about a fall back. I have a small amount of EMH but will not be selling any here to buy more. At the end of the day I’m sure both shares will do very well and to a certain extent pull each other along.

Have got a few EMH shares but a lot but a lot more BCN. Must admit of the two I find BCN the prettier. Further along the curve with major announcements any time. EMH still seem to be raising money for running costs and I don't completely understand who is paying for the proposed mine development, which will be a lot more because it's underground. There seems to be some hype around EU grants and involvement of other big players and also listings on other markets. I remember the time when BCN was riding high and then the SP dropped like a stone when raising funds for mine finance raised its head, but maybe things are different now and as I said I am not really sure what arrangements are in place at EMH. There could be high rewards with EMH but I feel it is the riskier of the two at the moment.

Personally I won’t be adding any shares until the path to funding is clearer. Got caught out in 2018 with BCN and had to put up with a paper lost for two years and now back in profit.. People may be keen to invest and grants may be available but nothing comes for free.

Agreed, have no idea why anyone would be selling at moment when positive news due anytime. This could double almost instantly on the right news and then carry on rising from there.Have already taken the opportunity to top up.

I think this just shows how bad BCN is promoting itself when you have to delve and find this good information. Why are they talking more loudly about all the good stuff.

Maybe BCN should list on the NASDAQ if that's what it does.

Yes I could see a lot of talk about that, but not much about development of the mine and finance etc. and even when I looked back through some RNS's I was still a bit unclear. I am a bit of a sucker for hype so don't want to be caught out again.

Does anyone know what all the excitement is about on EMH. I know this is the wrong board, but I've asked the question there and know one has bothered replying and I know a few people here are invested in both. This board generally seems more sensible with less hype. The hype there seems to be about listing on various markets but I can't really get to the bottom of what is really the plan there going forward and mine financing. I only have a small holding there, but quite a large one here and am certainly reluctant to pull funds here to invest in EMH, because if I did I expect the SP here would suddenly rise and EMH would fall especially if it is hype based on no real news. I have to admit to being slightly jealous of the excitement on EMH but my head tells me BCN is the better bet at the moment with real news expected. Does anyone know?

Would be really grateful if someone could explain the current excitement. Only got a small holding in here, sold most a while back (maybe a mistake), so not been following. My main lithium holding is in BCN. Got a little bit caught out there in the price drop when mine funding raised it's head, but now back in profit. May possibly add here but don't want to be caught out again if mine funding becomes an issue. Is that sorted here?

With things looking so sweet I always wonder why directors are not making direct investment into the company with their own money. If they did the SP would skyrocket. I suppose the answer probably is that they can't because they have privileged information and the rules make it difficult.
