Tro,
I wouldn't put cash in HE1 and wait for news, put it that way. The next Ops update may provide some clarity.
It doesn't help that their previous equity raises have been so badly administered. What were they thinking informing the market so far in advance!
If they can raise in small amounts, with each raise insentivised by some value accretive activity, the excess shares would be eagerly bought without much churn thereafter.
It becomes a problem when the raise is huge, the SP gets hammered and the churn goes on for months.
Re water, it may be that the impact of mining is being overstated by politicians.
"Conagua's water rights registry shows that 75% of water extracted under concessions in 2021 was done so by the agricultural sector, followed by public supply (15%) and the electric power industry (4.5%), excluding hydroelectric generation. The remaining 5.2% was distributed among the entire industrial sector, including the mining industry.
Going into more detail, in its 2022 sustainability report, Mexican mining chamber Camimex said mining only accounted for 0.35% of total national water consumption."
However, it is noted that:
"mining could not be ignored in terms of overconsumption of available water because there is often water stress in the remote areas where mining companies frequently operate."

Hey mick,
Yeah, lols. Its a big boost for Reform, and a big problem for Richi, and his successor too.
Of Badenoch, Braverman and Farage, Farage is probably the moderate in the room, lols.
Hi HH88,
Thanks for the reply.
I was actually responding to your suggestion that Blair and Boris are comparable.
I only mention Mrs.T as another notable 3 term heavyweight, but as i say, i was replying re Boris.
Imo, Boris has been a disaster, so when you liken his term to Blair's, it piqued my interest?
Curious to hear your thoughts.
Tro,
Blair was smooth, bordering on smarmy, lol.
Major and curry, yeah lol.
Remember those BSE burgers?

Hi mick,
Imo, Blair modernised Britain, in a way that Hague, Duncan Smith, nor Howard would have been able.
We were proud again, confident and progressive, with opportunity, social mobility, and a health system with the capacity to care. We were genuine leaders, both within Europe, and beyond, morally and intellectually.
There was a buzz similar to that generated during the 2012 Olympics, people felt good, and the economy just kept growing and growing. Possibly the best place to live on the planet for a while.
Councils were adequately funded, rough sleeping almost eliminated, small class sizes, affordable housing, a police force that actually policed.
Im not suggesting Blair is singularly responsible for all this, anymore than Boris is exclusively responsible for the current mess, but Blair made a good situation better, and Boris made a bad situation worse.
