AXL, always impressed by these guys.
Only skimmed through but looks a nice RNS. However, the SP has already run up a fair bit so the RSI is fairly hot and the stock does have a tendency to sell off shortly after news lands.
PRD, phase 1 of the rigless testing programme has failed due to formation damage in the wellbore.
Conventional perforating guns used - couldn't penetrate. Phase 2 to use sandjet, which is expected to overcome the issue. Expected perhaps being the important word there.
Likely to crash hard on that news, expectation has been through the roof over the last few weeks.
Update from KIST,
SP looks cheap, not a stock im especially familiar with?
Given the situation, perhaps the most pressing question is where does Kier intend to save cash from in order to address his long to-do list.
I keep hearing about growth rather than savings measures, but growth is slow and the demands urgent.
M.O seems to be dont spook the electorate before the GE.
Ibizza28,
The answer is we do not know.
For instance, everything written on the subject over the weekend has been conjecture. Completely harmless if viewed in its proper context, but probably not the basis for reasonable expectation imo.
There are many reasons why the testing schedule may be altered, if indeed it has been, that are not necessarily positive.
So i wouldn't get too caught up with Chinese whispers suggesting one thing or another.
The thing i dont understand is how is this GB-ISA differs from the regular ISA, other than being more limited. Would the GB-ISA allowance be in addition to, or instead of.
They could downgrade the regular ISA to a GB-ISA, to try to funnel more cash into homegrown stocks.
Tro, thanks, just having a read about JAY, not bashing it at all, was just surprised as hadn't noticed the SP drop.
All your posts are top-notch.
Although, yeah i was kind of concerned about your enthusiasm (possibly being overexposed) re HE1 lol.
Speaking of HE1, they should be due some news shortly?
Re JAY.
Just reading the placing RNS from Jan.

They mention boosting shareholder value a LOT.
Sometimes the JV partner gets involved, then doesn't actually do very much, a bit like CGNR.
Trumps message was intended to garner votes, straight from the "America first" playbook. Any international fallout being merely incidental.
The validity or otherwise of his point shouldn't excuse the flippant delivery. Do we care about the concept of diplomacy anymore, or have we just given up, and now accept that our leaders lack any sense of statecraft or tact?
Wherever one sits on the political spectrum, or whatever one's views on America's geopolitical responsibilities, this is no way to conduct international relations.
Even if Europe were to comply, it would be too late for Ukraine.

Filmed at the recent pop-con gathering, featuring Liz Truss, Mogg, etc. (popular conservatism)
Thanks Kenny.
Waterproof too, so the listing says!
I read that they are gradually phasing out waterproof clothing as we know it, due to PFAS pollution caused in the manufacturing process of Gore-tex type material.

When i click on the share price search box it just says enter at least 2 characters.
Im using a PC, so there aren't buttons below the space bar on my keyboard.
Its ok, im quite happy with my :) face.
I do think they should improve the charts on here though. If im active on a stock it just means having more tabs open to access a decent candle chart. Brokers charts are not much good either, so ive got about four tabs open per stock.
Tro,
I sold URAH yesterday, it rocketed up on me so i banked the rise. Sells at 1.86, 1.93 and 1.92.
Still very keen, but seemed sensible to take the sudden surge as profit.
The basic google chart indicates 1.95 was the top for the day, but it was 2.00 on the ask at the time.
Similarly, with HE1, i got a sell off at 3.11p yesterday, very shortly after it opened. But the google chart indicates 2.90 was the top for the day.
Conclusion: Its not terribly accurate.
Incidentally, London South East were running a questionnaire recently, just before the site update i think it was. Every time it popped up i suggested they should improve their charts, but they didnt listen :)
They went with emojis instead - which i still dont know how to use!
