Just who is buying all these sells the MMs would not want all these on their books, and with normal JPR volume being less than 200k shares they must be happy taking them off people. Perhaps our new owner has set their plan in motion and seeing how many they can get at these prices before selling dries up. GLA

Thanks for this Nomlungu I never got one of these probably because they are hel in HL nominees. Like the cheek of him saying we are recommended to do nothing, the share price collapses again today and he recommends do nothing. Sell price coming up again now, buying pressure beginning to turn it back. I hope the Viking has got his 30%, has done a deal with Golden to get them out, or onside, whichever, and declares tomorrow. Unfortunately think the pension would have to go. But what do I know. Oh and wheres the comment from the BoD, if this was going the other way there would be the usual speeding ticket, can they suspend whilst in TO?.

There should be a TR1 coming soon for that amount of shares either to show the seller or to show the buyer, even under the TO code. This is way over the 5% movement, or is it 3% when you owns as many as the Viking, or could this be the third party mooted some months back. Or as I have never understood under the TO rules are they allowed to keep building stakes in the Company to keep theiridentity secret till they make their offer?. Never sure about it. GLA

It would get really interesting if Reach and Newsquest decided to have a go. The Viking and Bernstein both have skin in the game, both were interested at higher SP, both had new debt plans and finance in place, so whats stopping them now, surely they are looking at the figures to see if their plans will still work. Suppose the big question would be what Golden Tree want or would accept. They surel have the stronger hand hold on till May call in the debt, no repayment split everything up and sell it on. Surely they would prefer a cleaner one off deal with one of our entrepreneurs. Hope youre right Investors 55 with offers being imminent, would be a nice Christmas present if this was sorted to shareholders and employees benefit. GLA

To be honest I think another few weeks whilst peoplevlook at the figures being shown by JPR they may not have let him see last time. Or then again he could be all p..s and wind, only time will tell hopefully its good news for us all eventually.

Hold the front page gas a few articles on the JPR mess. Notably the Viking slags the BoD again and again comes out with NO PLAN of his own. Although he does say he would love to discuss his plans but is not allowed to, so maybe he does have something up his sleeve. My biggest wonder is what Golden Tree will do they apparently have spent circa 135 million to buy the debt so their shareholders will want that back or a future revenue stream from it. Who knows exciting times coming. Hold the Front also shows the email issued to employees by King bet that reassured them NOT.

My money back is virtually the same but going to take the divi and wait like you are. Hope for this to head back up to the 600 or hopefully to be at 570 in Jan or Feb before Brexit. GLA

Hello WKWorld but you have the div of 35.2p coming in November so if you just want to get your cash back you could sell at 540 and get your full cash back after dealing costs and tax so not too far to go. Just might get there today or Monday whilst sentiment is back for a while.

To be honest Investors55 anything around the 16p mark will do me to get out. The Vikings average before the big drop was around 15p so he thinks its got that value. Maybe not when he sees the full books but he was at that price point, so too was Bernstein think hevwas still buying at 20p. Tgats the only thing I gave to go on, no doubt the doomsayers will diss that figure but people far cleverer than me were paying those prices. Its what the potential of this company can be that they will see. Maybe with a good BoD in place this would never have happened. AIMO GLA
