Ah Booln really? Allegedly a 1 code is a signal between the MMs that an RNS is logged redy for release. Some believe some dont. Further to that if its a blue 1 then its good news, if a red 1 then not good news. Personally not a believer but not to say I havent seen it happen but were they coincidences. In this day and age there are far easier ways for the MMs to communicate/manage the market. Google MM codes there are other codes 100, 200, 400 etc all meant to mean something.

I am a bit confused really am I right in thinking any party who are actively in talks with Ascent do not need to disclose any share buying. I know people keep saying they have to declare in 1% blocks but how does that work with an NDA in place sort of defeats the object. Do they have to declare publicly or just to Ascent and the Mergers commission. Maybe that would be why we have only seen notifications from WH Ireland and the guy last week because surely if someone is buliding a stake they would want more than 1% before they came into the open. Maybe they can go all the way to just under the 30% threshold where they must make an offer. Lost me.

Hello to you Bobx if the question your asking is will JPR come good because of its name and history, the answer has to be know. This company is in the hands of an inept BoD who have run out of ideas and places to hide. Even after spending over 3 mill on advisors they still have no idea. As for names and reputation/history meaning something looka at Carillion as the latest untouchable to go. Good luck to you. Hello Booln Would not be able to suggest anything mate not qualified to do so. Only you know your own circumstances and whether you are in a loss situation and then whether you can cope with that loss. Personally too far under water at the minute on this to care so it makes no difference to lise it all or hope for the best in that one of these so called activists will actually kick some butt and get things moving. Like Debs1 said hopefully they are pulling strings because this BoD wont do it. Its hard mate but its a case of wait and see for me. Good luck on what you decide.

Well not great again expected hardly any change from previous trading update. Did however hope and pray for some news on the debt restructure. Millions spent on advisors and not able to give an update on their plans apart from leaking news of dumping pension schemes, pre packaging the company for sale in administration. Hopefully some entities beyond Liberium are on this investment call at nine thirty. Hopefully the Viking is going to bother, maybe even Bernstein will dial in. I realis these reports and commentaries on them are prepared weeks in advance but there could be some mention of whether they have met Custos or others suely. Just the whiff of a meeting could do wonders for the SP. Cant wait for Liberiums price prediction surely they must lose credibility when they comment on this one, latest 36p so with slightly improved figures maybe 40p bring it on.

Quite frightening the conviction from people of an imminent placing. I cant afford to drop down to 50%. Need to seriously consider selling these now maybe give them a couple more weeks hopefully to get some sort of rise if poss but at the end of September will have to sell if the placing is coming.

So instead of being 20% down on my investment you are saying I will soon be 50% down at the end of October. Why cantbthey go cap in hand to Sierra and ask for the milestone payment or some of rather than jitting shareholder value again?

Thats a lot of selling today, but the reverse of that is someone has been buying as well very much doubt the Market makers will want to hold that many JPR shares the normal volumes in a day dont warrant holding nearly 1.5 per cent of the JPR. Maybe there is a third activist knocking about as mooted by the Viking if as he says he was not doing the buying. Surely JPR cannot attract a third saviour, but maybe just maybe it can and maybe just maybe this Activist will act on their vision, take this BoD on and drag this Company out of the hands of the bondsmen and give it a future. Third time is the charm is it not?

But Smellyben is right if you read back his posts he is in for a gamble if it works great if not thats what it was a gamble and only gambling enough not to hurt. He is not deramping at all he knows the score with JPR I go along with his hope that the bondholders see sense and accept a new deal which hopefully the Viking or someone else has put forward. Then we might see a nice little rise into the twenties possible thirties not these other over a £1 hopes. So in regards to JPR he knows what he is talking about, not stopped laughing at his Liverpool prediction though,so hes not all right, everyone knows that league is Evertons this year.

Ecpect the 4th one to come saying the Board know of no reason for the rise in SP. This BoD love to put a dampener on shareholder value. But then again maybe the deal has been done?

Hello Maffa agreed the newcomers may have talked it up to 10p and welcome in a way. Totally agree it is all dependant on the Viking having his plan work which will turn this around for long termers. He had 16%when he found out about the poison pill clause back in October last year. He raised to 20% by March and started talking of an EGM then said he would wait to see what would happen but would start to increase his holding to just under the threshold. I dont remember him giving a timescale for that though and again he declined to go to the AGM preferring a wait and see option. Now in the last month he has sent his letter to JPR they have acknowledged his presence and have asked him to reveal his plan to them. Only an idiot would do that without seeing the full picture which is what I hope has been going on. In the meantime he may have been increasing his holding with big buys from Adams and another one today, but the flurry of deals a few weeks back could have been him taking them from anywhere. At those prices he could have dropped his average right down. Not sure the percentage increments he has to declare in upto 30% but I think its only when it changes by 5% so he could have gotten to just under 25% without having to notify. Maybe this next lot are Custos building upto the 30% which means he has to notify soon if it is them. Of course it could be Bernstein joining in with Custos and he can go another full 5% before he has to notify. My hope is that this latest increase in interest is Custos/Bernstein buying to take their stakes up ready to put the new debt plan into action. But tgen what do I know been stuck here for years should have got out at over thirty back in Feb 2017. We can only hope, bring back the rampers and lets go again

Could be anything that 750k share sell must have been going on behind the scenes. Pity its not of a size that needs declaring then we could see who had sold. I dont mind if its Adams or Bernstein selling/transferring to the Norwegian that would be okay to me. However if its the Norwegian doing the selling then to me that is the end, and time to bale not sure what the shares would be worth, if anything, if the debt is called in. Lets not worry about that now till we seea TR1lets just think its the Norwegian building as he peruses the problem, he did say back in May he would increase his holding to just under the thirty per cent, which is the takeover threshold. Exactly Smellyben the debt most important. one whiff of a good deal on its way and as you say its upwards for the SP. Trolls have their place and in some way its nice to see them here.
