Now a little scenario if the Viking has not increased his holding since March. Buy some lately at low 2 p wait till next April suddenly increase holdings to 80 % then everyone has to take his takeover offer of his least price paid per share in the last year. Then he pays the debt a lot cheaper, he says he has plans. Upto him and his cohorts what he does then. A quick fifty mill I reckon if he liquidates everyhting, or could try to make a go of it with the debt off his back. Absolutely no use to us LTH but would at leat love to see e him kick Golden and this complicit B o D in the nuts than let Cashleys mates get all the cash.

I can't sell at these prices and I don't think they can so I really do think it will turn and I do think the Norwegian/Bernstein et Al will start to make their moves. One to two mill for JPR is quite hefty really. I do agree that the drop does seem manufactured but my who. If the Viking was right the board could change personnel but it has to come from them so would they do themselves out if a cushy job, certainly Camilla was on his target list to be replaced, and in that respect she or they are working against shareholders interests. JPR ain't Carillon though and won't carry as much press. Awful times here maybe grasping at straws but I hope the agitators are doing something behind the scenes which may get things going.

Surely a declaration of holdings must be due with the shares that have changed hands of late. Maybe the Viking has been accumulating at these prices, after all he so called has a debt plan in place ready to go which must be to his advantage as a shareholder. IMO

Could you see your way to buying about twenty or thirty million that might send the SP back up to around 16p so people can get out. What's there to know terrible BoD who have paid about three million for advice on how to reduce the debt and are no further on. Two activist who have both beaten their chests saying we know what to do but have just done nothing at all. Golden Tree sat there waiting for May 2019 when the bonds become due then they will do whatever they have in mind to do I can't find out whether they are destroyers of wealth or actually do good, to be honest I have lost the will to even care anymor.
