We have some big money people here who can afford the legal fees, especially when they know they can write off or win the costs. When I signed upto to the website I stressed that ordinary people cant afford these legal costs, pretty sure even Custos understands that. To me it just seems time to forget the old ' we will never win mentality' and have a go at shafting them back the criminal f.cks

Good point Maffa have Custos and Bernstein seen fit to talk to each other. I do seem to remember that Bernstein was quite closely connected to Golden Tree so maybe he had fingers in two pies. However there is Tindal and Pash still big holders. know how you feel Easyinvestor not been a great year for me either, even my main block in Bdev is behaving like an AIM share at he minute thanks to Brexit. I see the class action as a way of having a go at stopping these things happening again. Poison pills, lying about the make up of that poison pill, offers being made not made known to shareholders, directors telling people notbto sell whilst feathering his own nest, tossing the pension plan away in the hope the PPF will pick it up, all wrong time some stood up to it. Not sure if the action will cost we shall see, but if we do nothing then people like these will continue doing this.

if we want legal action to come we need to support the Viking, hopefully Bernstein is fuming too. If thesectwo come together then I think they will have a go at legal action, especially if yhe see support from small shareholders. Fontwrs all well and good. However this had till June 19 to be sorted out. The Viking had plans just wanted open and honest dialogue. This BoD set up a company three weeks ago knowing what they were going to do, King told Shareholders not to sell, they announced all this Friday evening when no-one could do anything, no RNS till after the event. Lots of grounds there for for the BoD to be taken to court for for lack of Fudiciary duty and I hope the Biking does and wins, and I really hope some do jail time. Vindictive yes, revenge yes, wiil I get any money back dont know, if criminality is proven then just maybe.

Really just tried to trade and it said suspended, my kill or fill was cancelled. Just been on the BBC again about the saving of jobs at JPR all good agreed, but no mention of the cost to the shareholders and the pension fund, a case of hide the bad news.

Hello Booln if the transfer hadnt all been set up to happen over the weekend he might have been able to stall it and call an EGM. With the very clever way they have done it to me it looks all over. The Viking might be able to take the BoD to court over failing to look after shareholders interests, which we all know is the case, hopefully he does. Whether we could get damages paid to us I have not a clue. I have placed a sell order for Monday morning which I dont think will work but still nothing from HL to say my shares are gone so I can only hope. Have to say we have been well and truly shafted by this BoD of tossers and it hurts. Hope you have not lost too much, though to lose even a small amount in this way feels like robbery. GLA

Oh it really was a stitch up by King et al. Cant get it out of my head that he was telling people they should not sell their shares a few weeks back, absolutely despicable. JPR twitter feed all congratulations to each other which is staff so understandable, no mention of shareholder losses. Its probably not illegal we shall see if the Viking actually does go to court with anything, he has lost a packet really. Still no mail from HL though tegarding these shares so might put a cheeky sell order on for Monday first thing wont work but cant do any harm I suppose. Hes telling people he will be fighting this for shareholders and employees court if necessary. See on Monday what happens to the shares no RNS is criminal. If I have lost my money I hope Custos has the guts to take them to court and possibly jail for some of them.
