Hello Stockdale I ain't no expert I just feel so let down by this man I would love him to be replaced. Not by us PIs but by the BoD, they are the people who know what's really going on they need to sort it out and if that means getting rid of Colin at the same time so be it. I am not the keyboard warrior that some are just someone who fell for flare pictures and talk of selling at 3p being too soon, and who is absolutely disgusted at the loss in value whilst this man increases his salary and options. He is not good enough and if that's malicious nonsense it's my malicious nonsense.

So Fadec you are saying that before all the promise of Sareums TYK 2 was just that promise. Now Sareum are putting the meat on the bones if you like and that will give us data that hopefully will interest the bigger Pharma's and give Parker something to work with. So we must continue to be patient and hopefully there is some truth to Tim's wish to realuse significant shareholdervalue in the next 10 months. Any idea what significant would mean.

Hello Stockdale I thought you were advising Colin manage down Slovenia and move onto Croatia. Can anyone seriously put any belief in Colin leading us into Croatia he would dilute us to zero just to keep his paycheck coming. Can the compressor be used on the other wells besides 10 and 11a, seems to me the only hope of making any money from this debacle. Really want this man gone as soon as.

Hello Pokerchips tbh hadn't considered the dilutive aspect of the two systems, thank you. Now for the 102 million new shares that would have saved/cost £96 million. For Shareholders to get those shares with their 8.4pps Divi would have taken 1116 million shares is that not roughly 20% of the shares in issue or have I got my decimals mixed up, not unusual for me.

Tbh Pokerchips I see very little difference in the two apart from one has a five day average. Perhaps I am not eloquent enough to get my point across, in my ownind when I think about a fifth of the holders were happy to take shares I would imagine they probably expected to get them around that price too after the Divi drop. Obviously they did not want the drop to continue past the 94p mark but it has. To me they are betting the tide will turn and I am in the same boat with them, down a lot at the moment but willing to hold for a couple of years to watch what happens even with a reduced Divi. Each to their own eh!. GLA

I am trying to say that entities who control over a fifth of the total shares saw the scrip price as a better deal than the Divi. I don't think these 1.2 billion shares are all held by PI's so to me it seems the II's believe that better value was in taking cheap scrip shares because better times were or are coming. Maybe that news has not yet materialised but a fifth of shareholders saw fit to take shares, they didn't do it to see the price fall. GLA

to see no more dilution this morning, but then again I don't see any significant increase in shareholder value. If they get this milestone of say 4million what are they going to do with it. Buy back shares, give us a special dividend, or use it to carry on funding the Parker lifestyle. Still feeling let down and annoyed by the placement can't see any good in it at all just see delaying tactics from the BoD.

So what happens to the 90 million saved does that go to Conns and the Bod's bonus for next year, or maybe something sensible like reducing debt. Perhaps the rest of the shares will rise to the Scrip price tomorrow on admission, wouldn't surprise me with this share. Cant say I believe in Scrips just more dilution to other shareholders and anybody scripting these this time got a little bit burnt. Anyway not long for the BoD to break silence on everything ( hopefully ).

Think it means as Shareholders the BoD continue to increase their salaries and milk the rest of the Shareholder mugs.

Think you were right both this site and HL show those big buys and that volume although the two big figures were the UT of the day. Think the other site is looking at Black Rocks trades for CNA on any of the days they are the big shorter of this stock. Once they have milked it enough we may recover a bit more. GLA

Regarding the customers lost not being profit making its the numbers that matter and that's what makes the headlines. Although would like to see the update as quite a few people I know have switched to BG lately as it keeps coming as the best deal of the Big Six at the minute, so hopefully the numbers are turning round. If he is running down the operation as people have said he stated yesterday then there is no income and this BoD will just eat up the cash then try and place again, without putting their hands in their own pockets. Absolute sham we have basically been conned by Geo, AST and the Slovenian government. They should use the 750k left to fill the wells with concrete or whatever, absolute mess. Bet Sophie Honey is on the razzle tonight though.

So basically after that AGM we have lost our investments in this firm. Cue the glee mongerers arriving.
