Big bold statement that is and totally out of order I see very few people who don't want to be seen to be doing a good job, I see a lot of people who go well out if their way to help in way of doing their jobs. I do know people who actually work for Centrica too, oh not in the Senior positions, but ordinary people who enjoy doing what they are doing and take pride in it. They don't like Conn that's true but they are hopeful for the future. Try going with a Carer for a day or spend some time working with a charity then you might see this so called poor attitude you talk of, is NOT UK wide.

I hope you're right Tango1 a nice 1p buy out would I think make a lot of people happy and getting out. Certainly get me my stake back and that's all I'm hoping for with this company anymore. Swapped one tos..r for another as far as I can see. Can only dream I'm wrong and he does have a plan, although where the Compressor money went to makes me worry.

Have they sold them though or just transferred them to a holding comoany, the RNS says the share are held in Crest for the benefit of Riverfort. There was something in the original RNS saying there was Riverfort had obligations as to how they sold their shares if and when they did. Find this one confusing have they sold or not.

So I was moved this week from Eversmart ( went under ) and am now a customer of some firm called Utilita claiming to be one of the top ten, didn't even appear on the list when I did a comparison site price check. , BG did though as best of the big 6. Anyway my query is Utilita have to give me the credit that was built in my account with Eversmart which obviously Eversmart have spent. As I will probably take advantage and switch that means this move by Ofgem will have cost Utilita £80 odd quid just for me, probably more going to do the same. So who pays for that credit that has to be paid, Ofgem? if it's Utilita surely that's a big chunk of costs to them. Anyone know? Ofgem have not responded to me yet, my guess is there is a levy on the big 6 to pay for these events. Who knows????

Hello Conrad basically just don't understand the loan/investment scenario at all was hoping to get an answer off this board. Wouldn't know how to short even if I had the money to and if you ever read back some of my posts you would see I gate shorters who I think ruin companies. Hello New2 seems to me you are correct and if you read this as the latest news the appeal has been DENIED, yet nobody except yourself seems to have picked up on it. Without the restimulation permits surely this field is no longer viable there can't be that much in the shallows can there. I am also confused as to the investment, is the initial £420 k loan separate to the £420 k they are giving AST upfront for the share options. Seems to me like JB and the new BoD are no different to CH and the old BoD gravy train for another few years, oh and there is the default part of the deal just how much can the investment company take back in assets if AST default. Before this guy/lady Sumahl jumps on me it's a free BB and always has been just because you have been here a few weeks doesn't give you the right to tell people what they can post.

Well as far as I can see Centrica are 100% a British Company they own Canadian assets and N. American assets but the power and holding reside in Britain. Cheers onwards and upwards and all that.

Are they good, or bad, are they saying buy or sell?.

Because Helx I think they will turn it all round over the next year. If Conn had gone I think the IIs would have been a lot happier and supported the SP more, as it is we may have to wait a while longer. Honest opinion back to around the 150 mark this time next year. That's my opinion only before everybody jumps on me, hopefully Im right if not hold till it happens.
