Too true AED but looking at the article why should British Gas absorb the cost of the credits owed to customers by the previous company surely Ofgem should reimburse those costs to BG. Saying that the company I just got shifted to put me on a tariff which was way way above what I had been on with the company that went bust, I left on day one of the switchover an now trying to get the credit I was owed paid back to me. Ofgem and the Gov need to seriously rethink their systems, this ain't working.

as yet is a mystery this should surely have been issued from thise massive trades last week. Having a little read on the FCA website there are four countries who don't need to issue TR1's in UK share dealing USA being one, John Buggeroff may have bought them ?. Israel is another Amit Ben Haim from Ctag?.
It is also possible for the FCA to waiver the TR1 issuance if an entity asks them to but there must be good reasons, and I seem to remember someone cleverer than me saying that can happen when an entity is stake building upto 30%, prior to an offer being made for a company. Anyway there is some pigging reason why someone has not issued one from last week's dealings.

Just rang WH Ireland both our two guys were out of the office left a message asking them as to why we are not being given information regarding INA and the mass dealing last week, asked him why AST have not disclosed who has bought them was told it's not upto AST, but he was quite surprised that nothing has been notified about a third of the company being traded in one day. He will pass the message on.

There is a TR1 missing as this latest shows them down to 9% down from 10% but the last TR1 at beginning of November show them over 11% after they sold their first monthly lot of shares. So either they have ****ed up and not reported a set of sales or they have sold two months worth this month, something is ****ed up somewhere. They should be selling roughly 1% of AST every month for 12 months but it looks like they have sold three months worth already. The big sell must have been some other entity but which other entity bought them all plus more. This BoD need to dish some info out, or are they just crooks.

Yeah think Rocket and Extra want to see people losing money, strange people. If you've sold out don't hang around to gloat.

Trent last few years Tesco for one, Taylor Wimpey another one, Glenview in fact I think all the miners have been down then virtually doubled from around Brexit time. This time last year I was well under water with Bdev at 440 depressing Christmas that was been up at 680 at times this year, hoping for the same with these but to be honest 120 to 130 range would suit, and maybe withe broker notes changing just might have a chance. Big catalysts for it if and when they come off the biggest being Conn going but being replaced by someone the City think can do the job, that one to me will be the Biggie.

Also McDonnell has said they wouldn't give cash for shares they would give the value in bonds, at no stage are they willing to offer cash for companies. It would be nice if it did double in value but the only way that will happen is for a Tory landslide and Corbyn, McDonnel and McCluskey being f..ed off out of the Labour party.

LC81 where do you get this 3 million from they were given 390 million shares, on average they have probably sold them at .0015 at best that's if it is them that have dumped the 215 mill plus today. So if they did average .0015 then they have made £589000 not £3 mill.

Rocket if this is a hostile takeover I can only hope that this is the rock bottom, at this price this is robbery and with the lack of comment from the BoD you would have to think them complicit. At the minute there is a market and the MM's are making money on the volume, but to create the buys they need us PI's to sell and I would think most of us want a lot more than this, so if the volume continues then hopefully the SP creeps up. Of course whoever it is could back off for a while and let us all calm down, is it five days before they have to issue the TR. In two days they could come back and have another massive go at getting more of AST getting them near that 80%. My own hope is that they are grabbing as much as they can at these prices then they would make a formal offer at a decent price, would think most PI's would take their hands off at 1p, I would just to get out of this with some sort of value. All my own thoughts and opinions of course.

This could be some entity INA/Petrol???? taking a position prior to takeover. If the vast majority of the buys have gone to them they are buying up a massive part of AST at rock bottom. If I remember rightly if they get to the 80% mark we woud have to accept their takeover offer which I think is the highest price THEY have paid for shares over the last year, NOT the highest price paid by anyone over the last year. AST could go for peanuts and this BoD don't seem to think that this warrants some sort of RNS to let us the lowly PI's know what is going on. They have to respond to this surely, or some sort of TR notice has to be issued, AST could be being sold from underneath us whilst we marvel at the volume.

Well TPT go on tell us what these O and G experienced people have done for us then. Enlighten us all. Took and are taking us for a ride.
