Perhaps Andymk their shareholders are telling them not to develop it but to get the compounds sold and cash in whilst ahead. Maybe saying SRRA are developers and not marketeers giving them a warning to turn course and sell on the compounds, including SARS. It could even be they want the Company to progress compounds to market but saying hold on we prefer the look and marketability of SRA737 and not Mono, just my thoughts, change direction SRRA.

I honestly think Colin was really fighting for the company until about six months after the much vaunted flare. Then things started to go wrong stuck tools, Clive dumping the shares, no permits lots of criticism from the BBs. Then his opportunity to look for other work where there was no way he could get the same salary even at the 80k part time. Since then I think we have a CEOwho is now playing the game if looking after himself learning off Clive. He really should be gone and that is upto the Chairman as there is no way he will get voted out. Of course Slovenia authorities have to take a lot of the blame with the permits but a good CeO would have rode this and involved our partners more in sorting it out. I hope the permits do come soon not only for these two wells but for the others and the concession gets extended and the seismic comes up with something fantastic. We shall see all be the next six months I think hopefully on the way to that it hits 3.5 PPS then along with a lot of others I will be gone, just had enough

Sorry Poker chips but why would cutting the dividend increase the SP would it be that the II are seeing the business plan going in the right direction for a change. I only ask because numerous posters say the divvy will be slashed or cancelled and the SP will still drop to below £1. Not sure I quite follow how a divvy affects share price apart from if that divvy is called Mr. Conn that is. GLA

Well Goldy it would be nice to have such an offer. However reading this BB and Adfin it seems like this is the worst company in the world and worth less than a £1 so why would they offer more and why would they want such rubbish. Can't believe people so called invested trash a company so much. Myself staying long picking up the Dive then hopefully recovery in the SP or a cheeky offer like you suggest. GLA

folks not in here but please do what you can to stop this I was in Johnston Press and tgat BoD screwed everyone over with a prepack. We as shareholders did nothing till it was too late even told by the CEO no need to sell our shares at what was then 3p as they were working on solutions. What they were working on was a vehicle for the bond holders to suck up the company, jettison the pension fund to the Govt. and feather their own cushy little jobs in the new company. So if you let it happen it wont be a case of it will happen again, it already is happening and your Company is just the next in line. Thanks Mark I saw the 44 but was led along by the sentence just after where they say that the 9.6 is expected to be one third of the total ordinary dividend. I can only hope!.
