There should be no taxable gains as they formed part of your TILS ISA investment, but I bet it's not going to be that simple.
Let's just hope they get on the Nasdaq and are allowed to remain in the ISA (II are still letting them remain in my ISA at present, some brokers have already removed them, I believe.).

Tils will be huge, once listed on Nasdaq only.
The FDA will grant approvals, once it's off the FTSE and thus more beneficial to USA.
We will all wonder how we ever dropped to 45p and why didn't we buy more under £1.

Why carryout 3 separate trials if you had any worries about the safety of Foralumab. POC of Foralumab in relation to the treatment of SARS . with Crohns & MS treatment success to follow.

News in a UK Sunday paper that'll be forgotten by Tuesdays Opening Bell.
It'll probably get mentioned in the NYT next week before the USA labor day BH.

Why would it be an exemption to the rule, but still be under the 30 day rule.
If it's going to be listed on a recognized exchange, then it should be exempt the 30 days rule and remain in the ISA until listed.

Tils mentioned a few time wrt Foralumab Acouple of points:

II & Halifax allow TLSA to be held in normal share dealing account or an ISA .
Accustem is a different matter at this moment, if they do get on the Nasdaq, no problem. but could be a time limit.

GC with his bonus shares included to his holding, had a cash value of approx £132m, that now stands around £34m. He could have sold a pile during the last spike and told us it was for tax purposes or something else, but he has held and lost £100m from the £2 SP. Rich people hate losing money too.
His $10m bonus now has a value of around $2.5m. The fund raise could have cost us 50% dilution. Luckily it didn't. This is a low point and I believe the FTSE delisting news has been known about in certain circle. It's now out in the open and we should reverse the downtrend and end an awful 6 months (50% fall from a low point any way).

DCF - I Agree. I also believe it will happen a lot quicker than Accustem, as TILS has a history. We now need a date for the shareholder voting to approve.
I imagine they have already spoken to Nasdaq and have an idea of the timeline.

Maybe the 673m shares, if confirmed, are to stop legal action. There were only so many ADR's available if you take out all the UK holders and CG (unless he sold TILS and got TLSA ADR's to maintain his percentage at all times - That would be a shocker).

We have until 2nd Feb 22 (Highest price in the previous 12 months). That would require a bid over £1.88
By then, Foralumab proof of Concept will be achieved hopefully.
I didn't buy in to be bought out at that price, but right now it would put me in to good profit and I would move on.
Lets enjoy Christmas and reassess on trial data.
The price right now doesn't matter, it just looks awful.

We traded at a low of 60p on 22nd July.
So only 4p lower,4 weeks on.
Looking for a 400% rise to take out previous closing high of 13months ago.
We might need to see Proof of Concept in all of our pipeline to achieve a rise at this rate.
Some good posts today, as stated, it's the end result that matters with each drug. It's just unfortunate we didn't sell after Accustem qualifying date , to be buying back in now (UK holders).

Only joking SK, mine are in an ISA. Accustem might get moved though, that will then become complicated, due to the initial purchase price when they were included in TILS .

Todays low of 80p is a new 2021 low.
Hopefully, news will push this back up and start the reversal.
