They will be shares issued by the NASDAQ. May still be TLSA, but TLSA (ADS's) will be exchanged for shares.
They wont be ADR's:
American Depositary Shares (ADS) refer to shares in foreign companies that are held by U.S. depositary banks and can be traded in the U.S., including on major exchanges.
The entire issuance of shares by a foreign company is called an American Depositary Receipt (ADR), while the individual shares are referred to as ADSs. But the terms American Depositary Shares and American Depositary Receipts are often used interchangeably.

When TILS stops trading on the FTSE on Wednesday 20th October and then trades only on the Nasdaq exchange, will the TILS bulletin board on the London South East site continue to be available for any period of time or will it close at the point of delisting?

Not sure there will be any US SEC filing updates or SP movement/indication. However it's a useful tool to share information.

I think the only news we will get at this time is the transfer to the Nasdaq completing & trials starting. This info is already known and the financials are out of the way, so he can buy as we are not in a closed period. Hopefully the Nasdaq is the reversal of our down trend since March. It looks like it started reversing during Oct. If you ignore today's action at 45p

43p/44p for one TILS share at todays set up, 86/88p after the consolidation of 2 for 1 which was approved yesterday.

I believe GC holds TILS as opposed to TLSA and will be locked in as we will be, until Nasdaq shares are issued to us. So he will also be throwing his money away buying at 55p when he could buy in two weeks at $120 (43p), if your thoughts come true!!

Yes - The Nasdaq replacement for TILS is allowed on Halifax and in an ISA. As long as it lists!!!!!

IHalifa & nteractive investor also allow Nasdaq shares in an ISA.
It takes a few weeks to switch, so you might have left it too late. If your provider won't agree to keep the shares in your ISA whilst the transfer goes ahead.
You could sell your shares and transfer the cash and buy back when transfer is complete, but you could miss a rise in SP and buy less ahares back - Risky!!

If Nasdaq listed most Share Dealing accounts will still let them be in your ISA, as it's a recognized exchange.

I guess the funding dilution/price will depend on the outcome of the Foralumab POC/Covid trial in Brazil (Phase II). The FDA may also look more kindly on any approvals due to being a Nasdaq only listed company - America first etc. (I'm sure they don't do that!!!!!)
