The board have the authority to issue up to 150m shares - That would equate to 3b old shares.
I think that's what Chugz is alluding too.
We gave the BoD permission at the recent meeting.

I have TT, but haven't received any further replies from them. It appear to be happening via other brokers, so it shouldn't be long now. I won't be selling down here, but would hate to miss a spike up over a week or so.

Good news won't change investor thoughts on how they've been treated. It'll be a sweetener.
I would be reluctant to sell at a point before something becomes transformational and someone else gets the benefit.
12-24 month isn't that far away. It will involve another cash raise though, diluted to death or pumped again????

A lot of worried investors at the moment, understandably, from the silence from the BoD's.
Here's a list of Bermuda registered companies trading in the US. Some with Billion $ m/caps.
I'm gonna hang on in here - When the shares are trade able and I may buy more. Very tempted at the moment.

I see this dropping to a point where II's will buy in on a fund raise. Maybe $100m at $1.10 minus expenses, then release it to find a level.
Where has all the other money gone?? That will be forgotten if the price hits a certain level with good trial data released and then the II's will be gone again with their 200% + profit. Then start again.

I'm not sure if we have to go through a quiet period.
It appears to relate to an IPO listing. We have not listed via an IPO.
Also, there are three section of the Nasdaq to list on and we don't appear to qualify for any of them!

A little more volume on Accustem and a 37% rise, albeit from a low - $0.22
Tils closed up 1 cent @$1.26 having been down to $1.17
We're not out the woods yet, but it has to turn at some point!!

First patient completed 3 out of 6 months of dosing with nasally administered foralumab. No apparent toxicity symptoms. This is an Individual Access Program, yet they state: 'First patient completed 3 out of 6 months of dosing with nasally administered foralumab. No apparent toxicity symptoms.' and 'The individual access expanded program (IAP) trial with nasal administration in multiple sclerosis is ongoing'.
So it's 'ongoing' with the first patient in an 'Individual Access Program' completing 3 of 6 month.
How many patients do we have with approval for the IAP?
'Data on clinical responses will be available in 2Q-2022', so the trials should be coming to an end soon. It would be good to see an SEC filing stating positive/early indications are positive from the MS IAP.

If you get to speak to Hana again, could you ask where we stand with the Corporate Action statement of 6th Oct 21.
'The New Tiziana shares are to be issued to us (Tiziana) by DTC statement approximately 14 days after the effective date.'
1. Have they received them?
'Once received we will arrange to deposit these with our International Custodian. Once the shares have been deposited, they will be issued to entitled holders.'
2. Have they deposited them with their International Custodian?
3. Who is the International Custodian?
4. Where exactly is the hold up?
