Roll on a change in fortune, I will then be annoyed I didn't buy a load at the bottom (Wherever that may be).

I'm very disappointed with this SP here. I won't be buying anymore TLSA for the foreseeable future. In fact I have started to buy 4D (no ramping), I have bought 3 lots so far, with an average of price of 52.89p (18% down already) .

If a 2nd patients use didn't materaialise, we may not have heard anything further. However, the FDA have approved a 2nd patient after witnessing data from the 1st patient, so I see this as big news in relation to Foralumabs safety and it's potential as a treatment for MS.

The Accustem shares trading OTC have not been consolidated 10:1 yet. They are 2 shares equalling 1 ADR
UK holdings will be consolidated 20:1
Around 6p/share presently, so about £1.20 after consolidation. That could be way out after news flow or heavy dilution. All guess work since last year.

They probably sold out at two to three times the price TLSA is now and can buy accustem for about 16cents. Smart move in hindsight.

However, I received this today ref Tiziana shares:
'These are in the process of being deposited with our international custodian and accounts will be updated accordingly. Hopefully will be done soon.'

So hopefully they are nearly sorted.

All UK holders are waiting for their TILS holdings to be converted to TLSA shares to allow selling.

That seems pretty clear then. After 30 days below $1, TLSA will be notified promptly by the Nasdaq. We then have six months to get the SP above $1 for at least 10 days during that Compliance period (maybe 20 days). That give us until late June 22

What a relief, I thought they'd go private by the end of January according to some doom-mongers. To be clear, I'm not saying I'm at all happy with the present situation.

I’m sure Hana is aware that UK holders have not received their TLSA shares. I expect she has mentioned it to the BoD.

In SJ1'sdefence, he called it right on Tiziana (TLSA) in late March 21, hinting 'no trials will get done this year' and the price will just walk down as a result. However, DDDD have had some good news and they are down over 55% also, so it may be more down to market forces rather than bad results be delayed. Feeling lucky I can buy in around this level. Will increase slowly as money allows. No more purchases of TLSA for me due to BoD's treatment of their shareholders. Will hold and wait for something life changing in both shares. Sorry for slight O/T comments.

I wont let Tiziana spoil my Christmas if it stay quiet.
4D have had a similar performance as TLSA and they have been releasing news. I decided to buy some yesterday at 57p (1000 shares). Currently 51p, I'm have a wry smile whilst typing this!
I thought I would diversify from TLSA, maybe I should leave Pharma totally. TLSA now sitting around 37p, Accustem need to be worth a lot. What have Tiziana progressed over two years?

I'm guessing all the mice died from the trial the FDA made us carry out prior to using Foralumab, the BoD just forgot to mention it.
