New Tiziana Shares in the manner described below.

Date, Computershare will mail a statement by first class mail to each Scheme Shareholder
holding Scheme Shares in uncertificated form providing evidence of ownership of the New
Tiziana Shares such Scheme Shareholder holds. Such Scheme Shareholders wishing to
deposit their New Tiziana Shares electronically with DTC will need to contact their brokers to
arrange for deposit of those shares following receipt of their statement providing evidence of
ownership. Temporary documents of title will not be issued and transfer of New Tiziana Shares
by such Scheme Shareholders will not be permitted until they receive their statement providing
evidence of ownership and effect such transfer in accordance with the directions on such
statement.
Accordingly, holders of Scheme Shares in uncertificated form should be aware that
there will be a delay in their ability to deal with their New Tiziana Shares until after
they receive their statement providing evidence of ownership.

We've waited nearly a year for Accustem and that may come to a conclusion prior to the trials first primary conclusion date of 25th Feb 22. That's just 5 months away, so I think I'll wait and add where possible.
TILS investor relations is pretty well non existent. The Pipeline is still the same and what we invested for.'

It looks like all SP moving news will come when we move to Nasdaq only trading. We made not be able to sell for a period of two weeks from the listing. I would guess you can buy the new Tiziana shares if your account allows it.

Trials are listed on the SEC filings as commencing at various times in Oct 21.

Over the last 12 months he has purchased 347500 shares at an average of 58.57p (£203550)
His last two weeks of purchasing has been for 257500 shares @ 51.5p average
The other 90000 shares were at an average of 80.2p
I imagine he's looking at turning £200k in to £1m

I guess it's the same court that allowed the 'Corporate reorganisation', having witnessed the TILS/Accustem failure to carry out the previous Court Order.
However, I still believe this is a time to buy, once Nasdaq listing is complete, these prices will be a memory.

GC has bought 190k shares at a cost of £124,200, averaging 65.36p over the last 12 months.
I doubt he's throwing his cash away, but could be wrong.

I have bought my final chunk of TILS - 1438 @ 151.995p, (as I previously stated I would) .
70k shares, #### or bust.
Held 30k shares last September, they were worth more then, than my holding is worth today.
