Wisha as you say, it may trade on the OTC pinks for a while . This is unfortunate for a lot of holders in the UK , because if your TILS were held in an ISA, then you would expect the Accustem to remain in your ISA tax free wrapper, however the Pinks are not allowed in an ISA. . This raises a few questions:
1. How do you work out you profit & loss for self assessment if not held in an ISA when you sell them?
2. Would I have to pay tax if they were valued at £1 and I sold my 30,000 shares, my TILS are in an ISA for a reason, Accustem was included in TILS in that ISA.
2. Could they remain in an ISA for a few weeks if a Nasdaq listing is announced for Q4 or next year?
Lets hope it's been moved out of TILS to sell quickly and that we receive a cash settlement in place of the shares whilst still held in an ISA.
