Baron, I accept that your short/spread on this (as you always are on different shares here) but it's not very helpful to say there's no business plan when it's clearly set out in the company's investor presentations. We can argue about the capex and opex versus potential revenue/profit, but there is a clear plan.

Pretty much, the key infrastructure is being able to ship product to market, in this case the port at Dar Es Salaam (and bringing in parts or fuel). Obviously it helps having a nearby village for fruit and veg, and beers!). But it's not drilling in the middle of the Indian ocean, reliant on supply ships and out of range of helicopters. That's a very odd perspective. Faith doesn't pay any bills. The company has no income. They have costs. Where do you suggest they get the money from? The whole point of listing is to raise capital.

It really depends how you choose to look at it. She's a very experienced and skilled negotiator of leveraged finance for a company that has no income and no capital of its own. She set up the O&G investment arm of Cantor specifically to make these kinds of plays. Investment banks don't play with money, they don't take risks on uncertainties. She's able to bring them in to fill funding gaps that enable companies like HE1 to realise their operational objectives where they would otherwise go bust. Dilution is just the price you pay for survival in small cap exploration. The investors make money on each raise, whether the company succeeds or not. Once in a blue moon it results in a life changing result. This is that time.

This is a world changing drill result for commercialisation. Quantifying it will come later but there is no doubt it will be commercial.
