Just for reference (as an aside) AEX shares have just jumped after they successfully signed a gas sales agreement in Tanzania, with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corp (government) as a partner! Their press says the company 'anticipates early issue of the development licence'.

There are no 'government issues' with the current administration in Tanzania. They are very pro-investment and the company has a very good relationship with them

Very unusual, really, and without touching placing price.
