They already have finance for the following quarter from the last two placings, including working capital for Q1 and 2 2025, and operational capital to develop the Colorado project in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025. Given the hoped for timescale for the ML by the end of the year, and stated aim to approach financiers after that, seems most likely the big moves on raising capital will come in Q1 2025.

Chat volume doesn’t come from people who hold shares. Most comes from spread betters and day traders. There are loads of successful companies with less than one post a day on LSE. The issue here is volatility trading, volatility has gone so has the trading, doesn’t affect holders.

Agreed, it’s still an early stage microcap company but arriving at a critical turning point of de-risking investment, if their planned and funded operations go to plan this quarter. If approval for ENL’s drill plan next week leads to conclusion of HE1’s acquisition at the end of the month that’ll be a major first step towards revenue generation in 2025. Any kind of commercial business basis puts the share on a very different footing, before the bigger step of capitalising on the Rukwa discovery.

I think we’re looking at the end of month for definitive news (signing off day after the US conference weekend). But the first condition is hopefully met within a week. From the RNS…

I have no idea how both Toffers and McNol came up with the same story on the same dsy that the company tends to publish news on Wednesdays (other than it’s Tuesday and fake news of imminent news might ramp the price).

The US Helium Summit coincides with the conclusion date for the acquisition. I’m sure it was always the case that HE1 would attend the conference to also conclude the deal. The delayed hearing is two weeks before the conference (originally a month before). Securing the permits is a precondition of the deal.

I think the best outcome for the US Helium Summit would be announcing conclusion of the US acquisition, if they’re in a position to sign (the concluding date coincides with the conference). That would launch them clearly on the US stage, as a US operator, in the room with all the US industry stakeholders. Rukwa is going to be a longer term project realistically. If they safely foothold in the US first that would be a great outcome, and opens up new capital markets.

I have no idea if you two are operating joint accounts (would be a bit bizarre if so) but where on earth does anyone get the idea the idea that the company has a habit of posting RNS on Wednesdays? It's completely fake news clickbait to raise short term price expectation.

Hearing starts 9am, Galactica-Pegasus currently item 5 out of 6 for the day (but only 5 and 6 are applications, us and Noble).

The ECMC permit hearing will take place Wednesday (Colorado -6 hours GMT) so we won’t hear decision before Thursday, maybe Friday. Agenda timings should be published shortly.
