Yes, the investment will definitely open up Southern Rukwa for development in a way that hasn't been possible before. Not sure it will make a great deal of difference for the helium industry (small number of journeys by road) but in wider context it's significant for the investment climate.

No news is precisely the reason the SP fades, happens on all AIM shares. Hopefully there’s good news coming in the next days. If there is then hopefully a nice boost, if there’s delay then it’ll slide further. There’s also a risk off environment pending the budget and US election.

It’s a new ASX announcement published today 30 October 2024, although I agree that it probably doesn’t add more than a hint. The Heads agreement is binding on both parties if General conditions are met by tomorrow (which we believe they are). And if there’s a failure to agree the detailed terms then the Heads agreement becomes the terms.
