This has nothing to do with the current situation or share price play. No-one is expecting a placement in the short term. The current trading opportunity is around news expected later today or early next week confirming acquisition of a share in a US development project that has already been funded through the recent raise. That deal needs to conclude satisfactorily and then development plan needs to progress quickly, to plan and budget over the next 6 months or so. But if the deal is confirmed followed by schedule for drilling this side of Christmas it looks good.

Apart from 30 RNS so far this year, shareholder presentations or CEO interviews in January, February, March, April, June, July, August and September, and the US helium summit in October. How many CEOs do that much investor communication?

AIM is for fun or gambling Toffers, hard work hardly comes into it or at least it shouldn't unless people risk more than they can afford to lose. Hopefully it's just a distraction from the more serious side of investing.

Interesting observation, when you arrived here not that long ago you stated you had no prior knowledge or experience of share trading (while by apparent beginners luck you had managed to buy lower and sell higher than anyone else here, while becoming an expert on trading signals and capital placements). Impressive.

It's not the CEO's job to provide anxiety management and therapy services to retail investors. If you think the shorters are right then it's easy enough to join them.

Back of an envelope, I guess the anticipated time frame between planned operations would put the cost benefit judgement in the balance maybe somewhere around 9 month mark, give or take (e.g. 6-9 months suspension probably worth hot stacking, 9-12 months or a high uncertainty of reactivation beyond that probably worth cold stacking?). But so many variables that would be impossible to know without inside knowledge of their operations. I certainly don't think the hot stacking gives a clear heads on their short term plans.

Yep, but look what happened last time they disassembled that rig and put it back together again... an unfortunate and costly chain of events, although hopefully wouldn't happen again. For a period of say 6-9 months between operations, cold stacking is probably only advisable if there's high uncertainty about when it would be reactivated. Hot stacking they'll be running maybe 20-50% of typical operating costs. Hot stacking the Predator 202 is pretty cheap as there's minimal maintenance with a very small crew. It's still probably more economic if there's any reasonable expectation of reactivating, in that kind of time period, longer than that maybe not.

Same question as before, are you predicting that these multi millions are going to be raised by a placement next week, or after the mining licence is awarded, or by some other financing means (such as a collateral loan on the Colorado project, assuming that goes through today)?

Which licence? The five new drill permits for Colorado should be approved imminently, any day. Award of a mining licence for Rukwa was anticipated by the company 'after around three months' from submission, hopefully by the end of the year, if all goes roughly to the timeframes reported for other companies.

I presume it's hot stacked because it's simply more cost effective than breaking it down to cold storage for 6-9 months, because it gives them a much faster lead time when they're in a position to go forward, and because it gives them a margin of operational flexibility in case other interim opportunities arose. I don't think it says anything about whether they plan to use it before the year end.

I have no problem calling it a test insofar as it's a necessary stage in proving up the modelling of flow rates. But we haven't seen the modelling and reservoir assumptions, so until we get a CPR we're really not in a position to judge costs and risks.

Yes, the reservoir refill rates are unproven at the moment, and also need to be extrapolated across a 20-30 well field. Clearly the assumptions come out of their modelling but fully acknowledge it needs to be further proven. My question is about whether all these sudden questions, conveniently raised by today, have any relevance to shorter claims of a raise coming next week. I don't see that they do because I can't see them progressing any project development work before they have the licence, which I don't really expect much before the end of the year.

I'm not clear why an ESP test would cost multi-millions when they have their own rig on site. But to address the earlier question, do you think this raise for completing an ESP testing is coming next week or will it come when they get the ML?

So, how much do you think it will cost to finish the ITW-1 well and when do you think they would do that (before/after the award of the ML)?

Why? What’s this raise for? You continually refuse to justify, despite incorrectly calling it every week since the last raise without any kind of rationalisation.

Colorado won’t directly fund development in Rukwa, nowhere near on that scale, but it will give the company some stability of near term and increasing cash flow, which is transformative. Rukwa is for later in 2025, the operational focus here is on securing that revenue from Colorado. Once they have that field in production then they also have important collateral value as a producer in the US finance markets. That and the additional land licence options will open up a whole new set of options for debt leverage, and also remove their current dependency on the AIM sharks.
