Wasnt there a 4 mill + buy a bit back? Not 100% sure and just a guess but could be a stopped out short term losing trade? Or maybe someone lost patience to go chase opportunities elsewhere.
Anyhow..their bad luck could be a med to long term buyers good luck.
Might well drift down a bit more yet without good news but surely cant go 'much' lower. Could be an opportunity for conviction buyers.

Peggy gives the impression to me that shes trapped here, while making a trade perhaps and now cant wait to exit at the first sniff of profit but those who are patient have the opportunity for much larger profits, albeit not without risks, the main one being of course that we dont know for sure whats down there.
Risk reward ratio seems reasonable to me and im willing to hold for the next 8 to 12 months and see how it goes. We really need to start hitting some sulphides on a decent scale though not just the surface oxides for the big money to come our way.

Yeah i understand that he has the best lawyers and advisors that money can buy and legally it will be difficult, maybe impossible to get our money back, certainly without some serious free help from someone with deep pockets. Not sure we can get any help from the House of Lords either. My understanding is that its very difficult, if not impossible to get someone removed and after all..they all p*ss in the same lordly pot, dont they.
I think the least we can do is publicise our plight and try to make things uncomfortable for him and see how it goes.

Manx, pthc..ive thought of both those scenarios and both could be right. I tend towards thinking that his ego wouldnt allow him to be mugged by Biyani and thats why he did what he did.
Whats for sure is that he has no regard or care for anyone but himself and his money. In hindsight, a man without morals and not to be trusted in the slightest.

Money can buy you comfort but it cant buy you love or happiness..it has to come from within..from having a generous spirit..something hell never possess.

Hard to say. I think its at a good discount but all I can say is that I need the price to double to break even and im still confident of a big profit in time but im looking 2 to 3 years out..maybe more for the really big money. If your trading short term then good luck..its a gamble that rarely pays off for me.
Lots of potential here and not high risk imo.

Im just hoping we can somehow get this into the public eye and keep it there in the hope that the right person will help us. There are those more capable and tenacious than me who are doing a lot to try and spread the word. We really need help to fight someone of Allis power and influence so everyone whos affected can help by spreading the word. Dont give in too easily. We have to fight him.
Write to your local MP, contact the press, speak out on social media, whatever but try to do something.
The more voices, the more chance of being heard by someone who might help us.
What hes done is borderline legal and completely immoral and he should be held to account.

Heavy reading for me. I think wed need an expert in corporate law to help us and i doubt that anyone will offer their services for free.
Unless its funded by someone friendly (with deep pockets) who dislikes Alli as much as the ret of us do then not much hope.
