Plain to see that this is heavily traded and there is bound to be profit taking along the way but those holding on to their shares should be the ones rewarded with the big money.
I think 3.30 mid is a good strong finish...surely can only go up from here.
Cant remember exactly what happened to the price a few months back..jjust on the whiff of a rumour that Amazon might be involved but I think it went up into the 9s or 10s?
Surely we should pass that now with further good news. Lets see.

Thats right putneylad. Amazon seem very keen on entering the Indian market and theyre timing was always going to be better than Koovs. They are a massive company and employ all the right people. That was Koovs big mistake and they were unlucky with demonetisation etc but if Amazon are timing it right then this is the right time.
Never doubted that biyani would stump up the cash either..that will be the next good news..after all he has family on the board of directors and compared to the rest shes young and more on trend with what the Indian market wants.

Many slip twixt cup and lip and all that but im confident of the company getting to profitability, which will mean very big profits for those buying at these levels and brave enough to hold on to their shares for a while.

Great news and (not that ever had doubts) its more likely than ever that well get the funding and whatever happens, Ali will eventually get his baby through to profitability and a big profit for shareholders getting in at these levels.

Good post BD. Maybe theres a white knight scenario and Alli also has the option of stumping up some cash himself. Hes a shrewd businessman thats for sure and this is his baby. I dont think hes going to let it starve now when its just starting to find its feet.

Personally I dont think theres so much doom and gloom and conspiracy and theyll find a way forward, which will benefit everyone, including shareholders. Thats why I couldnt resist re-investing here after previously selling at a loss.

He says in the interview that majors are interested and sniffing around (paying the odd site visit) and having the occasional liquid lunch with our guys in the pub...sorry, data room...but theyre playing a waiting game..not so interested in headline grabbing percentages, as scale. Its all about scale folks!

What weve found so far at Cheyeza East although a good start, is only equivalent to our present market cap..we need more..lots more..for the majors to get serious and Nick seems confident well get it but at the moment no one knows for sure whats down there.
Personally im happy to take the risk with my money for the next year and see what they find.

@ twohits, jofan. Not sure how long youve been invested here or how much research youve done but this is what Nick said in the february investor call...

Re sale of Sturec...mid single tier digits (millions..pound millions) and Casa...low to mid double digit dollar figures.

Ok hes talking dollars for Casa but anyway, low to mid double digits suggests somewhere between 10 and 50...the consensus opinion on here as i remember was of around 20 to 30m. Wishful thinking maybe, but wether pounds or dollars its a long way from the circa 2m well be getting.

Not saying it was worth 20m but thats certainly the figure many had in mind, so yes it is dissapointing and i dont believe anyone who says otherwise.

That said, its probably the right call in our present circumstances. Gets rid of a millstone and gives us some cash to stave off any dilution for a while longer.
Meanwhile hopefully we can prove up more resources and get a MRE at C East and hopefully the interest from majors will come to something.

I was expecting the sp to be at 5p on news of Casa sale...seems a long way of now but havent lost hope. Lots going on and still confident of a good profit on my investment here.

The drop is understandable because expectations were of circa 20 to 30 million quid and we got less than 2 million.
It might be the right deal for us at the moment but its well below what we were hoping for.

Basically chinese battery companies didnt use nickel in their batteries but now they are...80% nickel in fact. They need lots of nickel and are buying up the worlds battery metal resources.
US and europe being badly left behind and will need to try to catch up.
All bodes well for HZM.

I think the stand out comment from the proactive interview is Nick saying hes under promised and over delivered...not sure thats correct in this instance.

I think maybe poormans talking about some of the over excited stuff that..to be fair.. has been said in the past. Although you cant blame people for being positive about a share they believe in and wanting to talk it up, I hope more sober and realistic opinions will be discussed from now on.
Yes its dissapointing but as poorman says, thats more because of too high expectations of some (including myself).
Looking at it practically, I think its a good deal. The cost of securing the site was too high and instead of a continuous drain on our resources, we have a bit of cash to help with our drilling program and its still game on!

I think your right but im hoping for at least half a sentinel as a minimum so around 2.5 million tonnes.
Lets wait and see..weathers good so hopefully well get plenty cores out before heavy rains arrive. There might be some nice surprises to come before year end.

I like your slightly glass half empty but sensible analysis j99..its whats needed sometimes to balance out the natural tendency we have (those of us who like to think positively) to have a confirmation bias in our investments.
Nothing game changing in one large sentinel size deposit that we can sell to majors yet, but steady progress and that game changer could still come at any time.
Its very early days with our exploration of our massive license area and if we can get some decent revenues from the plant and hopefully an asset sale, then we can accelerate the drilling program and speed things up.
Everything going well at the moment imo.

I agree with you both. Once more (big) contracts are announced then Institutional interest will increase along with the price. Might take a few weeks/months to get running but then hopefully (if management play their cards right) should be a nice steady rise up to whatever price youd like to pluck out of thin air. £1 PS would be a nice target but might take a year or two.
